  Each time I come to this Mc Donald on the drive thrue they always forget something of my order, and I always have to go inside and ask for it or I leave without it.

  I don't understand why this place always misses something. Tonight it was salt on the fries. Last time it was a whole 20pc nuggets, before that it was the dips....shall I go on? I don't understand. I go in and it's always me waiting at the front for someone to acknowledge me seeing if I need help. (I have lived in Sherman for 4 years) And I have always had an issue with getting all my food or getting the wrong drink! Something needs to change.

  Absolutely horrid service and disgusting behavior we waited for 15 minutes at the speaker to then go up to the window waited another 10 and even tried to think to see if someone would hear us and try to get someone attention as i saw an employee walking by with airpods in and then tried to go to the speaker again and then say “well.. sorry you took too long to check in but we’re switching to breakfast so you gotta cancel” worse service ever

  If you're a Door Dasher, I would recommend not excepting orders here! Mainly the one off 120! Horrible customer service! They like to say that the order is ready on there end, and will have you waiting an extra 5-10 minutes on average! Then if you ask to speak to the manager on duty, you will get ignored!

  The food was fine. It was incredibly disappointing when I realized that not everything that I had ordered (and paid for) was in the bag, and when I went in to ask for what was missing (while showing the worker the receipt and opening the bag, to show what was missing was not present), he seemed perplexed by the fact that - shockingly - I actually wanted the rest of my order. Wild, I know. Turns out when you pay for something, you actually want to receive it without having to be questioned about it. Bummer, because I've had good experiences with this location in the past, which is why I'm still giving it an overall 3 stars, and hoping this was just a one-off bit of bad service.
