- CCCordae2 days ago1.0I went there and ordered the big breakfast meal, and they were so in a rush to get me out of the line, I didn’t get a straw for my drink . They didn’t even put the pancakes in the big breakfast.

The second and third time, I was blown away. Two out of the three times it was the same employee (younger Hispanic male). Management needs to get this under control quickly. We will take our business to Braums from here on out.

It has now been more than 30 minutes since I ordered. What is the point of ordering online if they don't make it until you get here? Last week when I came by they told me that if I wasn't door dash or had an online order they couldn't help me because they were short staffed. Do better.
