    We placed a on line 25 minutes before puck up. Order wasn't ready for over 20 minutes. So in reality it took them 45 minutes. It was on a Saturday afternoon. But still. Our order should have been done. The person at the widow was a little rude.

    I order on the app ahead of time. My order supposed to be ready at 7:49pm. I got there at 8:13 & my order was not even ready. It seem like they were just waiting for me to check in before they started the order. What's the point of ordering ahead if you still have to check in. On top of that when I asked nicely them if my drink was almost ready her respond was rude & not to said my drink was not even close to a horchata Chai🤦‍♀️
