When I finally received my lunch, I should have just eaten the box. It took great effort to chew. I mean EFFORT. Sat in the parking lot to wait, no big deal. Get in line at 6:40, and sat there until 6:50. Again, no big deal. Finally, get to the window and the man working the window states “it’s going to be another 15 minutes.” The car in front of me, left and is back in line behind me. I get being busy, but the app should reflect order times and estimated completion times. At 7:12 another female comes to the window and asks me what my name on the order was. I let her know and she walked away. Watched several people behind me leave the line, go inside and walked out with their food. 7:20 rolled around, no food. I then spoke to who I believe was a manager at 7:25. She upgraded the pizzas to large and the bread bites to a large. She also refunded my purchase. At 7:45 my order comes to the window. I COMMEND the manager for her acknowledging the issue and making it right. Due to her professionalism and understanding, I will provide 4 stars. Everyone has one offs and today just happened to be mine. I would like to note that I was respectful and did not cop an attitude towards the staff as they can only do so much.
