  If customer service was an ingredient, this Chipotle was completely out. We walked in and apparently became invisible. We stood in line behind one customer while at least seven employees walked back and forth behind the counter. Not one person looked up. Not one “Hi.” Not one “We’ll be with you in a minute.” I started wondering if we were part of some hidden camera social experiment. The employee helping the customer ahead of us walked our direction multiple times, then decided changing out the rice was the priority—which is totally fine. Fresh rice is important. You know what’s also important? Saying, “Hey, I’ll be right with you after I change this.” That’s literally all it would have taken. Finally, the customer behind me asked, “Is anybody going to help us?” The gentleman standing directly in front of us—who had been taking temperatures the entire time without ever making eye contact—looked genuinely surprised that we expected service. He basically said, “Oh… sorry. She has to change the rice.” Thanks, Sherlock. We weren’t confused about the rice. We were confused about why everyone was acting like we didn’t exist. The girl helping us seemed new, and that’s okay—everyone starts somewhere. But with that many employees on the floor, not one person stepped in to help, coach, or show what basic customer service looks like. That tells me this wasn’t a new employee problem. It was a culture problem. The food was good. The customer service? Let’s just say I’ve gotten a warmer welcome from the self-checkout at Walmart.

  Open until 11, but they turned the grill off at 9:15 or before. No steak available, and they said they weren’t making more because the grill had been cleaned.

  Picked up an order at the window and the guy handling the food and cleaning up back there left his phone laying on the table used for the cutting board, picked it up and used it for a sec, then went straight to handling food items and cleaning up the line. No gloves at all. No washing. I’ll go back to the other location from now on if cleanliness and training is not a priority here. My boyfriends burrito was very poorly wrapped as the foil was still open and the sticker slapped onto part of the actual burrito.

  Mariela runs a great gig here - miss seeing Lydia around since she moved locations though! I live on the north side of town with another chipotle within 3 minutes of me, but with how well I’m treated as a guest, the consistency in food quality/safety, and the overall friendliness of employees, I will ALWAYS drive out of my way to see these amazing people. Been a regular here since it’s opened :)

  I'm not a fan of Chipotle because they take very little care in the way they serve their food. They're just shoveling it into bowls or tortillas for burritos. I really wish this company would get its act together and actually teach their employees how to properly serve food. They have no clue how to make a well-constructed burrito.
