  I shouldn't have to argue with someone to get a doordash. Some older gray haired woman argued with me asking if its the wrong store...no lady it literally doesn't let you go to the wrong place. I don't even get a name till I find the right one! Another employee asked the name and pulled it off the ready rack like nothing. "I promise I don't have it" So aside from their overpriced, bland food, judgmental atmosphere, and rude employees, you also gotta fight this establishment to do your job. I'll keep staying away unless I get another doordash. I'll do the dealing for the guests of doordash. Definitely don't deserve my personal business.

  I was charged for 3 bowls, only ordered 2 as always. Live 40 miles away. Tried to call mailbox was full wanted a code. I am very dissatisfied. Order 267 on May 4th.

  Ordered pick-up through the app. They messed up both items. Super annoyed. I expect better from Chipotle!!

  I often eat at different chipotle restaurants throughout the metroplex and have been for the last 12 years. Had a pretty good handle on how they generally operate so recently I have stopped in at the Sherman, Texas location and four out of the five times that I’ve stopped in in the recent months They have been out of items primarily taco shells, so I spoke with the manager once on it and filed a complaint with corporate the next time. But tonight they had two taco shells, not even a full three. But being the fun spirited guy that I am, I made a small joke and was grateful that they had the two I proceeded to place my order, And as I continue to finish my order, they were out of multiple other ingredients and I turned to my girlfriend who is a vegetarian and was going to be eating vegetarian tacos we observed they were out of the vegetarian meat. They were out of mixed vegetables. They were out of sour cream They were out of taco shells, so I asked to speak to the manager who was a younger lady. She informed me that they Had a food truck coming in tonight, but they just happen to run out of everything and I made the statement that the store is always out of stuff and then I think Chipotle the corporation has it down pretty well. Just happens to be the manager at this location is not very good at this job I assume because they are constantly out of stuff and I would assume that’s who does the ordering for the store, I could be wrong. But in the process of telling her that I was greeted with the great Reyna Who came out with a raised voice and told me I was not going to talk to them that way that she had been there when I complained about taco shells being out before as she was slapping her hands together being gangster gangster Which actually really made me laugh inside, but I maintain my composure outside. I told her I was sorry that the facts and the observation of all the ingredients being out upset her. She didn’t like that at all either she just continued, raising her voice telling me that I could go to another chipotle, they would gladly take my money which we actually did after the event. But Renyna is not as cool as she thinks she is and she most definitely needs to be let go from Chipotle. Unless this is chipotle’s new standard S.O.P. She even told me she doubted I could come over there and do the job, Again, this made me laugh inside. She has no idea who I am or what I do, but I do believe chipotle is a good restaurant Never have i had any problems other than at this location with the ingredients, always being out and then again the great visit by Renyna tonight, and I would encourage Chipotle to roll the tapes back. It was at 8:44 on Monday night. I would also like to say that as I went to write this review, I noticed they already had a 3.3 rating and the first two reviews were one stars and reviews in regards to all the stuff they were out of so I would hope corporate would look into this and get more involved with this store regardless Renyna needs to be fired!!!!!!!! Feel free to reach out corporate.
