  There was a cockroach I seen running across the floor, my roast beef sandwich was multicolored and dried out the bread was hard and the fries were old and cold. I asked for it to be remade and I was told that there was nothing wrong with it and I should have ordered something different or go somewhere else if I didn’t like it. I then asked to speak with a manager and the rude lady with face tattoos said she was the manager and she was not going to have my sandwich remade. This is completely unexceptionable behavior and I will not be returning and I will be letting my family friends, and coworkers know how rude, unprofessional, and dirty your restaurant is.

  The food was good and hot. The people are friendly. We ordered 2 cheese cups and both were only filled half way. They cost $1 each. For the price the cups should be filled up. When we were leaving I told the lady my thoughts. She was very nice and said they are supposed to be filled and that she would address the problem.

  UPDATE 071020/6 what a freaking joke! The district managers calls starts off with just wanna make sure u got ur money back...WTH Then proceeds to tell me he talked to his employees and that is unacceptable! I mention it was the manager that made them and he restates the same that he talked to the employees, NOT that he addressed the issue with the specific manager. NOT once has anyone offered to fix my food! Was NOT looking for free JUSST RIGHT! I would have even been willing to pay for what i got from the next closest store! He kept saying they know not to treat our customers like that .... well buddy you can be assured i will NOT be back EVER! Yall should take a page from the cheddars playbook ... when they mess up they make it right and that is why i give them my money EVERY week! (And just to clarify they have only had to fix two things in the couple years i have been going there!) UPDATE 07062026. The reply from the owner says it all! I also sent this to corporate and got a similar response ... a whole lot of shifting but ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY What is wrong restaurants in sherman! Lately seems none of the fast food places can make an order correctly or even to their own standard! Today it was Arbys. Ordered 4 beef n cheddar get home and the bottom bun is dried out crusty! I take it back ask for the manager and tell her i want a refund cause they are disgusting. She gives me the money and half heartedly says sorry! Sadly turns out it was the manager that made the sandwiches to start with! Everyone wants to blame young people but seems to be the young people are following the leaders! Everything rises and falls with LEADERSHIP! How do we expect better if the leaders are the one making crap like this?!

  They completely forgot a sandwich. Everytime I come here they forget something. I get being busy but everytime?!? I got a meal deal, it was supposed to be two sandwiches, two fries, two turnovers and two drinks. Only got one sandwich.
