  Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) I absolutely love the team at the Ardmore Arby's! Unlike the Durant location, when I ask for extra cheese here, they actually deliver. The cheese cups are always filled to the top without hesitation, proving that Ardmore cares about customer satisfaction rather than pinching pennies over one extra squirt of cheese. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and a genuine pleasure to talk to. The folks at the Durant store could definitely learn a thing or two about hospitality from this Ardmore team. Keep up the fantastic work!

  I was just there and the service was great. The manager asked if I would pull around to the front and she would bring my food to me,then asked if I wanted a shake I said sure. She said making sure her customer's were satisfied with their whole experience there was most Important to her,and,she wanted to teach that to he staff. And keep people coming back. I'll definitely be back.

  Have come over twice now from Whitesboro, so a 25-30 minute drive for us because I love the chicken pecan sandwich which is only available in the summer. Both times, 3 weeks apart, they said they were out. If something is that popular wouldn’t you make sure you order enough. The first time I walked out and went home, the 2nd time yesterday, we decided to stay and order something else. My husband was not happy with his meal, I got the steak sandwich and it tasted funny but I ate half and then I was sorry, I spent the rest of the day in the restroom at home and missed out on our date night. The coke was flat, we had to pour it out. The ketchup tasted beyond its expiration date. It just wasn’t good at all. The cashier was friendly but that was the only positive in our experience. We won’t be back.
