  Couldn't finish the food after we thought about it because if their bathroom is that dirty I can only imagine the kitchen. Let our carhop know and she had virtually no response. Called the help number to try and show corporate the video and was told a manager would call me very quickly, hadn't heard yet. Love Sonic, but this was a big let down. A dead bird, cigarettes, roaches crawling on the toilet, trash everywhere. There is no way there's been any maintenance in there at all recently. Screenshots from the video because you can't attach videos for some reason.

  Have gone twice now and left due to enormous wait time. First time we waited, thought maybe the stall was broken so we moved, 20 minutes and noone ever took our order. Second time we came with patience and 30 minutes after ordering we left without food. Not sure what the issue is, but quicker to drive to neighboring Sonics....
