  Always love coming here. Staff greets you when you enter. Food is always fresh and hot. Restaurant always looks clean and the staff really makes a solid effort. Highly recommended for a great bite to eat. A+++

  Had a really great experience after not going to a Pei Wei in maybe 10ish years, the gentlemen at the front probably the manager was super positive and gave excellent customer service. Vibe was great, lots of natural light, low noise and excellent food. Also very clean

  It's been a while since we have been to this Pei Wei. I noticed an immediate difference when we walked in. Very clean. The food came out hot, fast, and was tasty. On our way out, we met the manager, Jose, who I had to compliment about the condition of the store. He said he has been there 1.5 months and had focused on cleanliness. You can definitely tell.

  Place is very clean and the food is delicious i got the kung pao shrimp and my friend got the lo mein chicken… so yum. The host jose got us right🔥🔥

  It would be beneficial to you as a business to enhance your ticket organization in the kitchen. If you have an empty restaurant, zero customers in-house, and a customer walks in and orders Togo, all of the sudden you receive an online pick up order as well as a third-party order (dd,Uber, etc), you want to give priority to the togo ticket first before anything else because that customer is standing on your premises waiting on their order "real time" vs the pick up customer who is yet to arrive. Having ordered a chicken lo mein and some fried rice to go while store being literally empty, i waited 20 minutes. I believe that,per your standards, that long wait time was absurd and unacceptable.
