Highly dissatisfied and not worth it for the price.

We came on a Saturday in the middle of the rush with a party of 6. He did everything to be above and beyond including managing beverage refills without us asking, despite the restaurant being completely filled by customers. It’s really nice these days to have someone who pays such close attention to details (my family can make things tedious with orders). I really appreciated his hard work and that he completed his job with pride. The food was fresh and delicious. Thank you for a lovely visit, you have gained repeat customers from our family.

Tonight was probably the worst wait staff we have ever had. We were there plenty before closing time BUT if you are open till 10 or whatever time you should cater to your customers until they finish their dinner. It has actually been like this before but I didn't post. Well tonight I'm just pissed. The 2 girls behind the bar want to do all their closing tasks instead of wait on the paying customers. We had to ask SEVERAL times for several things. The order wasn't right. The manager came out and said the kitchen was closing and we confirmed we were good. We were trying to get togo boxes and all and 1 of the girls acted horrible when my wife asked for a few things. Didn't even respond just turned around and acted disgusted that she was being asked for something. Trying to finish my drink and instead of clearing the dishes she took the full bowl of chips I was eating with the remaining salsa. It's Saturday night you should know you aren't getting out of there early and finish waiting on the customers. I bet the table crew don't act like that. We will definitely be back but this was just the worst wait staff we have ever had in a Pappas restaurant. These 2 shouldn't be closers maybe. Then we sat there waiting forever for them to close my tab. They were too busy trying to clean up and do their closing tasks to just take my money so we could leave.

Some of us had to hold our plates to eat. We had to take them dishes we were done with because they wouldn't clear off the table. Guacamole is now just mashed avocado with no onions, tomatoes, or jalapenos. We asked for a 2nd queso that never showed up. Incompetent staff.

He was on top of his game, got things to us quickly, extremely attentive and had an awesome personality. Really nice kid. Next time you eat here, ask for Evan!!!
