(I apologize for forgetting her name, but we'll be back and I will update this review.) It was a ton of fun with the busy crowd, music and the liveliness of the restaurant. It was a blast! My family and I arrived an hour and a half prior to my sister and her family and friends to get on the waitlist. The manager Beth advised it would be a 2 to 3 hour wait. The host Kennedy was super kind and said once 80% of our party was there she would do the best she could to get us seated. Everyone arrive by 6:30 So I checked in with Kennedy to let her know, and she explained that the section that she had reserved for us was continuously being seated by other hostesses Which kept extending our wait time. Kennedy went to get Beth the nice nasty manager who continued to remind me that they have to seat reservations first regardless of how long we had been waiting, mind you they don’t take reservations for parties our size. So I wondered how she wanted me to.Now Kennedy did explain due to a medical emergency our wait time may be extended, which which we totally understood but to arrive at 5 p.m. and not be seated to well after 8 p.m. is unacceptable and poor customer service and the manager had an Oh well type of attitude and ended up sitting us separately because it was getting so late. Very disappointed in Pappasitos and this experience and really hope they address this concern. Not worth the price due to the horrible service and experience. If I could have given it 0 stars I would have. Special thanks and shout out to Kennedy, the hostess who went above and beyond trying to ensure that our wait time wasn’t as long as it actually was.

A patron was having a medical emergency next to us and Erick and many other staff members took charge and showed so much kindness to everyone throughout the ordeal. We have always loved pappasito’s and will love it even more after our encounter with this staff and Erick.
