  As a party of seven, we were told at the check in station it would be a couple of minutes, they just needed to double check there was a table available. 30 minutes later we’re still waiting but several other groups coming in behind us, without reservations, were seated. It would have been amazing if we were told we could split up to be seated at 2 smaller table or it would have been nice to be told it would be a wait longer than 10 minutes.

  Pappasito’s in Shenandoah delivers one of the best Tex-Mex experiences in the area. The food was outstanding, with sizzling fajitas, fresh tortillas, and bold flavors in every dish. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared, and the portions were more than generous. The service was equally impressive. The staff was attentive, friendly, and kept everything moving smoothly even while the restaurant was busy. The atmosphere had a fun, energetic vibe that made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. If you are looking for great Tex-Mex, excellent margaritas, and consistently strong service in Shenandoah, Pappasito’s is an easy recommendation.

  Our company really likes coming here for group meals—we’ve done it at least five times that I can recall. The snapper taco is my absolute favorite. Even my child’s teacher loves this place; during Teacher Appreciation Week, we actually gave them gift cards from here as gifts. The margaritas are also very authentic—probably the best I’ve had so far in Houston.

  Our service here is always unmatched! Lilly Laney was our server tonight and was nothing short of perfect! She was so knowledgeable about the menu (especially after telling us she’s only been here about a month or so!), attentive, and so sweet throughout our whole time here. Thank you so much, Lilly! We’ll be back on your section!

  The food was so good! We’re here on vacation and wanted to try local Mexican food. Our server, Big Dan, was excellent and had good suggestions. He was super friendly and helpful. I definitely suggest the fajitas and they had a crab stuffed shrimp appetizer that I would go back for. We also liked the rib appetizer and had an ice cream desert with a coconut and caramel topping
