  Took my kiddos bowling on a Friday night and had no problem getting a lane. The guy taking our order was always checking up on us to see if we needed anything. Only down side was bowling is just getting more and more expensive lol

  We had such a great experience at Main Event! Manager Chris went above and beyond to make sure my family felt welcomed from the moment we walked in. The bowling was so much fun, and the arcade kept the kids entertained the whole time. They absolutely loved it and didn’t want to go home! We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for making our visit so memorable!

  If fun had a physical address, it’d be this place. I came in expecting a couple games and maybe a snack… and somehow left 3 hours later wondering where my dignity (and all my tickets) went. The atmosphere is always on point, the games actually work (which feels like a miracle these days), and the food is way better than it has any right to be for a place where you can win a giant stuffed banana. Big shoutout to the staff—who somehow manage to keep everything running smoothly while dealing with people like me trying way too hard to win at air hockey. You can tell there’s solid leadership behind the scenes because everything just flows. Also, attached photo of my son casually setting a high score like he runs the place. Whether you’re competitive, hungry, or just there to press buttons and pretend you have skill—this place delivers every time. 10/10, will absolutely come back to lose more money and call it “entertainment.”

  Main Event Shenandoah honestly exceeded expectations. A lot of places lose quality once they get busy, but that wasn’t the case here at all. The energy was great, the facility was well kept, and the staff stayed locked in the entire time. Everything ran smoothly from check-in to food service to the games. The team stayed friendly, communicated well, and made the whole experience feel easy and stress free. You can tell there’s good leadership and a strong team environment behind the scenes because everyone was handling their role professionally. The bowling lanes, arcade, and overall setup made it easy to stay entertained for hours. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re trying to have a good time with friends or family without dealing with poor service or a chaotic environment. Solid experience all around and worth coming back to.

  I had an outstanding experience at Main Event Shenandoah. The staff and team went above and beyond from the moment we walked in. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely seemed like they cared about making sure guests had a great time. The facility was clean, organized, and had an amazing atmosphere. The team handled everything quickly and efficiently even while it was busy, and their customer service never slipped. You can tell the staff works hard together and takes pride in what they do. Whether it was bowling, games, food, or just overall hospitality, every part of the experience was top tier. Huge shoutout to the entire Shenandoah team for creating such a fun and enjoyable environment. Definitely one of the best entertainment venues around, and I’ll absolutely be coming back again soon.
