  Everything could have been great until I was notified that I was charged extra after only buying a game card. The manager said it could have been my bank but I was charged a 20 percent tip after spending $83 on a game card. Bringing my total to $99.60. Definitely don’t think it’s a bank problem! It really ruined the whole experience!

  Our first trip to Main Event for Joey and me, and we could have spent the whole day in there! And with the long weekend coming up, we may just be back in there! Joey’s first ever time bowling and he killed it. It bought out the Roy Munson in me and got me wanting to play again! I had no idea there was one in The Woodlands since it’s tucked away but glad we got the chance to experience it. There’s something for everyone; bowling, pools arcades and the laser tag area is pretty good!   My family had a blast tonight! Asia really helped us and made sure we were taken care of. She provided excellent service to us and really made sure we enjoyed our visit. Next time you visit, please go see said Asia! She will definitely make sure you're visit is fun and worth it. We will be back! 🤗

  I had a great experience at Main Event, thanks to Asia! She went above and beyond to make sure our group had everything we needed. Her excellent customer service, positive attitude, and helpfulness really made our visit special. If you visit this location, definitely look out for Asia, she was fantastic! We will definitely be back.

  Me and my boyfriend have been here once before our most recent time last night and we had an amazing time so I'm really disappointed about my experience there just last night. We were served a drink that had glass shards in it, and we didn't know there was glass in it until after I took a sip of my water and felt something come up from the straw and lodge into my back tooth. Eventually I was able to pry it out and I went straight to the lady that served us the drink and told her. She apologized and went straight to her manager and requested I wait for the manager to come talk to me and told me to not throw away the glass that I removed from my mouth until the manager could see it. Cassandra did everything the way it was supposed to be done, the manager Sydney Ramsey on the other hand did not. She came out and asked what happened. I explained to her and all she said was "I'm sorry that happened to you" She offered no resolution or anything. Didn't even try to fix the situation. My boyfriend asked her kindly to fill out an incident report in case I needed medical attention because there was a possibility I ingested more and didn't realize it. She scrolled on the iPad for 5 minutes struggling to find the form, it didn't seem as if she knew what she was doing and she seemed taken back and confused that we asked for a form to be filled out. She asks me some more questions then told us it was filled out and that there was nothing more to do. Me and my boyfriend then walked away and started playing at the arcade section. Midway through our VR experience they shut everything down. We were already upset about the glass shards in my drink and that made us even more upset considering we spent money on something we weren't able to finish. We went to the front desk and asked the manager (Sydney) for a refund on the money that we wasted from them shitting our machine down Midway through. Instead of giving us the refund she just stood there asking us questions about when we purchased the card. We simply just wanted our refund and it seemed as though she didn't know how to do a refund. We waited some more for her to try and figure it out and still nothing. My boyfriend and I were both very upset at this point and we walked out of the building frustrated. I followed him out and when we got to the car I realized I did not ask for corporates number and had intended to do so when the glass was ingested. I then went back into the building and found Sydney again, I asked her politely multiple times for corporates contact information and for a copy of the incident report she claimed to have filled out and she refused. She kept telling me she doesn't have corporates number and that I could find it on their website. So I asked her to kindly help me look for it on said website. We sat there for a good 10 minutes with no luck. So I asked her again to give me corporates contact information and she claimed "I don't know the contact information for corporate" so I asked her to call her manager and ask them for the information so we could get everything resolved. She refused to do so. At this point my boyfriend came back inside. I then asked her for a copy of the incident report and she told me "I'm sorry I can't provide that to you either." I asked her "why aren't you able to provide me a copy of the incident report or corporates information" She kept saying she wasn't allowed to and that she didn't know corporates number. I then asked her "how can you not know these things being the manager on site. Somebody here has to know corporates number and there's no reason a copy of the incident report should not be provided either." My boyfriend is a manager in the same industry and he was very upset at us being denied what we asked for and explained to her that this information should be provided should we ask in a situation that we had just experienced. She refused to give us the number for her GM and she refused to call her GM herself, on top of refusing to give us corporates number and a copy of the incident report she claimed to have filled out.
