Absolutely horrendous experience That unfortunately No amount of games or apologising Can fix Bad character and Integrity. You guys should be ashamed you employ such people. We will never come back to your establishment and we will make sure that anybody and everyone hears about this experience.
- LLLuisAug 23, 20261.0Sav at the point redemption kiosk was extremely rude to my children. Snatching items from their hands and huffing and puffing when the kids were asking questions. If you don't want to work then go home. I kept my mouth shut since I'm a large Hispanic male and am extremely protective of my children. Do better.

I attended a birthday party for my grandson at Main Event and I would just like everyone to know that Katelyn Wedemeyer Was our hostess and she did an excellent job. We’ve had several parties there over the years and she is by far the best hostess we have ever had. He was very kind and professional. She made the party fun for all the children and she just went above and beyond. It was the best party that my grandchildren have had there and that’s all because of Kaitlyn. I hope she’s our hostess at our next party on August 19 because she did an amazing job and we greatly appreciate her. Thank you and sincerely, Lisa Carter.

Kept us updated on what the timeline was. 1-hour activity, then food, then the arcade. When 2 gift bags went missing they pulled up the security camera and found that another party’s guests put them with that party’s gifts. They resolved the issue and we picked up the gifts the next day. Very honest and ethical people. We were impressed.

She was friendly, attentive, patient, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout the party. She helped make the day feel special and stress-free for both the kids and the adults. Naomi went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and her positive attitude really stood out. We truly appreciate her excellent service and all of her help in making my son’s birthday celebration a memorable one! Thank you, Naomi, for helping make his 6th birthday so special! 🎉🎂🎈
