  Cassee was outstanding server. Always ready to take care of customer. Works in the bar area and she always checks ID. So even if you 50 bring your I’d! All in all great place to eat and relax with friends. Thanks Cassee for always being professional and attentive to make the experience perfect for the brand.

  My server Chayanne was absolutely phenomenal my wife is freshly pregnant and was starting to cry cause she was craving sweet tea and they were out so she went and made a fresh batch and the managers on duty were trying to make sure my wife got that sweet tea as fast as possible thank you to Shaun cam and Jason and ofcourse my server for taking care of us with so much care Ps.   I had a great time at Dave & Buster's I came there with family and friends to celebrate my 67th birthday I enjoyed playing the games and the food was great however I feel that person who waited on us could have been a little more knowledgeable & helpful in explaining the discounts & promotions that they had that was associated with the tickets that we had purchased. She also could have had a little more finess in waiting on our table, taking our order & bringing our drinks, in a timely manner & making sure that we had everything that we needed. Other than that, I had a great time. Perfect atmosphere to spend with family & friends!!!

  We went in for the Wednesday play with a 4.99 entrée and the service was AMAZING!!! If you head to this location as for Alicia that girl rocks!! Our drinks never went low and the food was so much better than the previous times! YOU GUYS HAVE A GREAT SERVER. If you go please sit in Alicia's section she wont let you down!

  I love bringing my kids to this Dave & Buster’s at the Shenandoah location! The atmosphere is always great, and everything is clean and well taken care of. The arcade has some of the newest and coolest games, so the kids always have a blast. The food is great too, and the service is always on point. Sophia is definitely our favorite server she’s always friendly, attentive, and makes our visits even better. We always have a great time here and will definitely keep coming back!
