  Edit: D&B finally fixed this for me after going back and forth some more. I appreciate that they fixed it, but people still need to be aware of the situation below while World Cup is going on. Everything else was fine, normal D&B I went in for a "all you can eat wings special" (but only while a FIFA game was on). Y'all, they served me 14 wings in 2 hours. I complained at the bar and they just said "we're really backed up". I reached out to corporate a week ago. They replied quickly enough with a sympathetic person who has spent the week telling me "they are investigating, and working on it with the GM". You don't need to "investigate" anything, and it definitely doesn't take a week. I asked the customer service rep for a manager and got ignored...more fluff. You made a promise and couldn't deliver...just give me my money back. Yet they still haven't even broached the subject of action. We're talking about $25. I spent more on drinks than I did food. I've been going here (and their other company Main Event) for over 30 years. My dad took me, and I took my kids. Clearly they're entering the phase of business where the customers are just cash bags. I'll find other places for my kids parties moving forward. I'm done. Scam organization.

  Yesterday , me and my group were struggling to find a place who could fit us for a party of 14 for the mexico game and so we called to dave n busters to see if they could. I got answered by this lady who was being nice (at the time) and was told they were going to be playing the game. I then asked her “ do you think you guys could push a table for 14 ? We would be there in 5-10 min” she then said “oh well our tables are first come first serve” which is completely understandable, i then asked her the most obvious question “ is it busy right now? Do you guys have open tables “ she then proceeded to say “YES we have tables & we are not busy at the moment but like I said its first come first serve” i hanged up the phone and got there within 5 minutes, mind you, im with multiple people, so there was a lot of witnesses who heard her say there was tables open AND that it was not as busy. Whenever we got there we were greeted without a smile or good hospitality then proceeded to say it would be a very long wait for a table. I spoke up and said “we just called and they said yall werent busy” which she interrupted me saying “no, no one said that , i know because i answered the phone and i didnt say that. I said that we are busy and it would be a wait for a table of 14” which obviously if she actually said that WE WOULDNT have came. She told me that in front of my group so unprofessional and not even nicely not even with a smile . She was an older women with a black cardigan and messy bun who didnt look like she wanted to work, she looked like she didnt even try to look presentable like her other co-workers. If she wanted to be professional she should’ve just gotten a manager from the start , i just dont understand why people with this type of hospitality are allowed to work in costumer service, especially in places like the woodlands, if she doesnt care she should just work in McDonald’s. Later they then grabbed a manager who accommodated our seats right away and had a lovely server. I just dont understand why it was necessary to have said all of that, I dont know if I will be coming back, main event has way better reception hospitality.

  Not ADA or handicap ready like other locations... they literally told me no one works the ada section usually 😒 this is on Saturday. So I don't know but i definitely feel disrespected just for being in a wheelchair so i guess its my bad for thinking I am able to get at table on a Saturday at 11:30am. Wouldn't go here if your wheelchair..... update saw them turn away a family with grandmother in wheelchair so yeah don't try if you need a WHEELCHAIR TABLE... update was told there's now 4Partys before me this is comical how bad his young Hispanic guy treats handicap people

  The atmosphere is both energizing and relaxing. The service is great. In particular, Twig. He is too top notch in service, friendliness, and attentiveness. He is always on top of things and makes us feel very special at Dave & Busters. His attitude is superb and his demeanor is strong and kind. When we see Twig at Dave & Busters, it makes our visit that much more special. Plus, he treats everyone that way. He knows how to handle the busy atmosphere at Dave & Busters! Twig rocks! He is top tier!!

  The dining area was empty however the server sent me all the way to the server to get seated (because she was so busy doing nothing) manager Josh was incapable of handling the situation and just left. We ordered a burger and got charged for the mayo 0.64 totally absurd. Terrible service
