  Great place overall, though it is a bit pricey and the ticket trade-in prizes could use some improvement. The service for the birthday party was excellent, and the staff helped make the experience enjoyable and stress-free.

  It’s very clean and spacious. I took my child there a few times when I was dealing with jet lag, and even with a very young kid, it never felt uncomfortable or crowded. We’re not big fans of video games, but we still stop by occasionally and have a good time.

  John was a huge pleasure! He is super nice and helpful. He demonstrated awesome customer service and did so with a smile on his face! The service he provided is rare to come by and Dave and Busters is lucky to have him representing their establishment!

  We got a Hotel close by because we had planned on spending the evening celebrating our anniversary. It took a good 10 minutes to get a drink sitting at the bar and seen some give up and walk away they waited so long. Also $35 for 2 drinks seems a bit much. Disappointed and probably won’t be back. Also seems the game play is a bit shorter and less quality than in the past.

  We had a wonderful experience at our local Dave and busters. We always enjoy the games but we decided to dine in. Satoria was the best. She was very nice and real. Also after my son stole my cherry, she was kind enough to bring a few extra. Great experience! Will definitely have to return!
