  VERY SKIMPY WITH THEIR MEAT! If I wanted a salad I could have gotten one for cheaper some where else! 🤦🏻‍♀️

  Don’t come here they’ll skimp you and when you ask for more they’ll act like it’s illegal and start to be rude. Asked for double rice and could still see the bottom of the bowl. It was a man who was helping on line who was being rude at 3:21 pm on July 2nd

  Service is fast and workers are polite but lack warmth, pride and service motivation. I ordered from high protein options which I loce. Rice was undercooked and crunchy but the meal itself was well seasoned and fresh. The mobiles orders were piled up in the corner of the kitchen instead of on the shelves. Im sure they do this for a reason but it would be helpful if they placed a sign to redirect customers to stand in line at the counter instead of waiting for bags to appear on the shelf as the online order instructions indicate. What was really a concern was the cleanliness. The drink station was a mess. The dining area was not busy but almost every table had food, drink, sticky sauce residue and the floor could use a good mop as it had some sticky areas. There was never more than 2 customers in line so the crew of 6-7 should have been able to manage the cleaning with only 5 tables being occupied by customers. It also seemed like only 1 person was prepping mobile orders while at least 3 to 4 were on the main line. If there are more mobile orders than live orders help the teammate on mobile. Keep the motivation up and the store will look and feel as great as it looks on the outside. What a beautiful location.

  I’ve been going to this location for years. It has been going in a downhill. Today, as we walked in, the restaurant is dirty. Serving counters and all counters in visible kitchen and floor with food scattered. The employees trash talking to another employee who at the time was a customer and trying to get food while on break. She asked for white rice and he said there’s none and when she asked how long he said idk, it’s not ever started yet in a very sarcastic way. When making my burrito I was so scarece! Barely any food in it. It was skinny. Not the usual fat burrito. Then the bowl he threw so much lettuce. Cashier same thing nice but had no clue what she was doing. Didn’t bag out to go order u til she asked if we wanted a bag lol and kinda had an attitude. I guess she was fed up with fellow workers lol. Next time I’ll just drive a few extra miles to a newer location😅. I do t want disgruntled workers making my food ever again.

  Ordered at store, they had NO steak per usual practically out of everything on the line.. also i asked for a large chips and queso and didn’t notice til i was almost home that the little old lady gave me A SMALL QUESO in a large container i was furious as i love my chipotle queso anyways i’ll stick to kitty hawk and cibolo and i also received a whole tree in my bowl
