I spoke to General Manager Sabrina on the phone and I informed her that I had the salad and a picture of it as well, she suggested that I bring the picture in on the following day. When I arrived, I told the manager Tasha that the GM told me to bring my picture of the salad became very rude and defensive immediately stated, "We are not pat of the recall for the lettuce that is making people sick. I told her I was not there to get anything free but my money back for the salad I purchase. She told me I could not get anything but another salad or a different kind of salad only. I asked if I could speak with the GM since I talked to her on the phone, she pointed to her and stated, "she doesn't have time to talk to you because she is busy helping other customers. I had purchased my salad with a gift card, and she said that they have no way to put the money back on my card or give me a refund, so I would have to take a salad only. I told her I would put her rudeness on blast and she told me to go ahead, so as you can see I did. I thought Chick-Fil-A was a Christian-base restaurant (wrong answer) but if so, why would they hire employees that are this rude. This is a big eye sore for their restaurant. I was given 2 gift cards for my birthday, but I will never set foot in that place again now that I know how they treated a paying customer. Buyers beware, because customers are in know way right when in comes to an issue with their product. As a matter of fact, I have been having issues such as diarrhea, nausea and stomach cramping with my IBS since I tasted that salad. I should have gone to an emergency to make them pay more than the $13.54 that the GM and manager were treating me rudely about for their frozen and withered lettuce salad. Bad Business big time. Think twice or go elsewhere before you consider going to this restaurant in the Forum. It is not what you do but how you treat people that can determine if you want to go back to their establishment. My Bible says that we are to do things "decent and in order."
