  Ordered pickup, came in to get my order. My mistake, didn’t check the bag before I left. Get home, missing the $6 ranch. Drive back, get the ranch, put the ranch in the bag how the lady handed it to me. Lid isn’t fully on ranch, get it home, ranch opened and spilled all over the bag. Call to explain & ask if they can remake it, they say yes but I have to bring the food back. Asked if they can restart my order so I don’t have to wait forever, they say yes. Get in car, ranch breaks the bag all over my seats and floor. Get back to the store, workers have horrible attitudes. Give them my bag, they re-ring & re-start the order. Now it’s an hour since I got the original order and still waiting to eat something. Insane service (derogatory).

  Just wanted to leave a well-deserved shoutout to this location because everything about my experience was a 10/10. I ordered the original hot spicy chicken sandwich meal along with fries, a brownie, and a drink, and everything was absolutely perfect. The portion size of the sandwich was spot on, the chicken was juicy, well-seasoned, and you could tell the quality was fresh. Nothing felt skimpy or thrown together; it was actually really satisfying and balanced. The fries were hot and crisp, and the brownie was the perfect sweet finish to the meal. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared, and honestly better than expected. What stood out just as much as the food was how well everything was packaged. The order was carefully organized inside the bag, nothing was missing, and everything was secured neatly so it arrived exactly how it should. Wingstop here in Seguin in the best one I've ever been to, you feel that they really care about people's orders. Overall, just a great experience all around. Great food, great consistency, and clearly a team that takes pride in how they put orders together. I’ll definitely be ordering again. I ate it but I would have posted photos, it was just really good lol

  I just got off the phone with a young lady on the phone , my experience which i never have I encountered such a rude young lady i put my order in for a 24pc bone in wings I was trying to explain to her how many sauces I needed and she wad trying to get what flavors I wanted on the wings instead of trying to correct me. She was like OMGOD I asked her nicely I'M SORRY what tattoo. As I was shocked of exalt what she said have I not seen customer service Act so out of character WOW JUST WOW ...Seguin tx location

  If I can give this place a zero star I would, but unfortunately I can't. I can only give it a one review my visit was very unprofessional. I ordered an online order so that it would be faster to get my food. Unfortunately, when I got to the restaurant, I asked for my order and they said it didn't come up in their system mind this was not the first time I've ordered from this restaurant every other time I was in and out, which was what I was expecting from this visit unfortunately, that's not how it went I ordered another online order just for them to say I Could only order what I wanted in store although this was new to me considering I've ordered the same thing from this restaurant many times and it was never a problem until today.
