  It was our first time there and something is definitely wrong. I ordered a Strawberry slush with coconut and it tasted like nothing and I ordered a large Dr Pepper with vanilla and cherries, and it tasted water down and they only put one cherry no vanilla. I ordered a large and we got what looked to be a small. Very disappointing.

  Most poorly run sonic I've ever been to. You can tell the managers are incompetent. I can tell the car hops are trying their best but when you serve prison food and the screens are never working, its a place I wont ever be returning to. 👎

  I've eaten a few times at Sonic and the food is pretty consistent and it's decent. But that's only if they get the order correctly. My recent visit to the Kingsbury road in Seguin Texas location was pretty awful. The server, Joseph, was trying his hardest to do his job. After about 15 minutes after placing the order in the stall with a woman who didn't seem to be all that attentive, he came out and told me that my food was given to another customer in error and that they will bring it out shortly. The order I received was not the order that I ordered including the size of the drink, etc. So basically everything went wrong that could go wrong. But I decided since I was pressed for time to just stick with what they gave me. They didn't bring me any napkins, so I hit the button on the stall requesting napkins. After about 5 minutes or so I decided to walk into the building and get my own napkins. They were shocked to see a customer in there and nobody apologized. I can see that the servers are pulled in many different directions and are overworked. So my blame squarely goes on the people that you actually speak to in the stalls over the speaker and the manager on site. I noticed that this Sonic is owned by the Barnett Sonic Group. They don't have any customer contact of any kind and that you have to go through the individual restaurants. So I believe there will never be improvement at any of their locations since the people that own them don't care enough to be in contact with the customer. Sorry for this long winded review, so in short don't go to this location. Thank you for listening.
