  I hate it when I park on the exit side and they hand me the food from behind the window; please walk two feet around the intercom and hand me the food in front of me so I can easily reach over and grab it.

  Every time I order here on DoorDash, they never put my sauces in the bag. They gave my driver the complete wrong order yesterday. I like the food but the service has been terrible.

  I had a mobile order, checked in and it showed order being delivered all very quickly but then it took over 15 mins for the food to actually make it to my car. The atmosphere is not the cleanest and the food is okay. Service needs to be stepped up if they are not going to be the best everywhere else.

  We placed a mobile order using the app at around 8:20pm. We ordered 2 smash burger combos and wanted shakes for the drinks. Substituting shakes for drinks is an additional $2 something per shake. When we arrive, we are told that the ice cream machine “just gave out” on them so there would be no shakes. Ok. That’s fine. When the car hop brought out our food, nothing was mentioned about a credit for the shakes we weren’t getting so I asked and he agreed to go ask the manager. A couple seconds later, a woman who I’ll presume is the manager, came to our car and tells me that she would have to take all our food back in order to issue a refund for just the shakes she charged us for OR she could give us some popcorn chicken. I guess that’s better than nothing! What bothers me is that I had to ask in the first place. And then, to top it off, we get home and our burgers are a hot mess, only one tiny strip of bacon on the bacon triple smasher and the single smasher burgers we ordered. I’m attaching a photo of our food and how it looked as soon as it was taken out of the bag. No pride in the quality of food they put out. This is like the 4th time we have gone and there is no ice cream! That’s like going to a meat market with no meat! WTH?

  the workers were really fast and nice and it was during a rush! our order was wrong and they fixed it no biggie. definitely made the afternoon a breeze:) good job!
