I went into Rusty roosters drive through to get some chicken tenders for dinner and again for the second time first of all I said nothing this time I do see something chicken tenders are cold

I love the food and people here. I have been many times, but this was my 1st on-line order experience. I will definitely be doing it again. The food was great add usual, but my order was 100% correct and very warm and fresh.

I ordered online for a family meal. I scheduled it for a later time and when I went to pick it up, everything was ready and everything was correct in the order. . Their chicken strips are the meatiest and tastiest strips I have ever tasted. The fried okra was wonderful too.

I ordered the kids meal one piece fish with fried pickles when asked to choose a side that's what I had chose I was not told anything different when I got my order it was completely wrong they gave me a one-piece fish with fries and then tried to charge me extra for pickles a dollar extra and Carlos the manager said he couldn't just give me the pickles even though my order was wrong and the first place that he had to charge me for them I gave them back their fries in exchange for the pickles and gave them a chance to correct the order and correct their service however I am not going to argue with Carlos so I told him to give me a refund and I'm only here for the fish because I'm not going back and forth with you behind a dollar with that being said as far as the food in the service when it comes to the food it is overpriced for the quality and quantity that you receive on top I'll be horrible service the fish was tasteless no seasoning and very bland. Parents be careful when ordering the one piece fish kids meal for your children it has bones in it just a warning to the parents. They make you wait 15 minutes for the fish no matter if you getting one piece or several pieces the wait time isn't even worth it. Now I will say this their attitude about the situation was completely positive it was only the service was horrible because you don't go back and forth with the customer over a dollar difference and tell them what you can't do you always want to tell the customer what you can do and how you can make it up tell them that way there is repeat business
