  every time i come here they always mess something up. i’m not one to leave bad reviews or complain about service but this mcdonald’s is trash. yall need to do better.

  I ordered a big breakfast hotplate to-go and all they gave me was the biscuit. No pancakes, no eggs, just biscuit. When I called the restaurant to ask about it, I was hung up on and kept getting sent straight to voicemail

  I’m writing to share my experience at McDonald’s, which was quite disappointing. This morning, I brought my kids there for breakfast. When we arrived, we noticed two employees cleaning up something on the floor. What really caught my eye was that the woman, using the same hands she had just used to clean, wrung out the cleaning rag into a bucket and then went ahead to make the coffees for my children without washing her hands. It was absolutely repulsive and disgusting. I asked for a refund because I couldn’t let my children eat anything prepared with such poor hygiene. However, the woman was in an argument with another employee, and they didn’t seem to care that we had been waiting in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes. They just kept bickering. Frustrated and having witnessed such filth, I demanded my refund, but they continued to argue. In short, it was a complete lack of professionalism and hygiene.

  This location consistently has issues with basic operations. Card readers often don’t work, forcing cash or mobile orders only. They also close early and stop taking orders before listed hours. Mobile app order pickup is very slow, and they’re frequently out of items. Even basic things like running water have been an issue. Overall, it’s frustrating and poorly managed.

  0/10 service Asked for 2 medium coffees and even repeated it to the worker twice since she was chatting with others. Instead I got 2 small coffees and I told her that I asked for 2 mediums and instead she rudely told me on the receipt it said small and then she closed the window and flipped me and my husband off. Very unprofessional and disappointing 😕
