  Today was my first visit to this HEB (in Seguin). I took my mom, who was with me to the lady’s room and found a real bouquet in there on the vanity. As I was washing my hands the aroma of the lilies was so strong and so pleasant. To do something simple and nice like this for your customers is a class act. It made me so happy I bought a bunch of flowers to take home. Keep it up HEB! ❤️

  We love this grocer. However it’s becoming more and more difficult to shop there. It is NOT LARGE ENOUGH to handle the Volume of customers lately. And with 6 or more Families moving into Seguin Daily, it will only get worse. Not Better. They seriously need to expand or build another store in Our Community. What is keeping them from moving forward with this?!

  The parking lot. What a welcome. A treeless anvil. Do they want you not to come - or do they want you not to linger in the parking lot, but to regard the store as a refuge from which you never wish to leave so as not to go back out to that heated asphalt? I think maybe Texas needs some grocery competition just in order for us to survive. Inside the store: clean, lots of food.

  I just had the shittiest experience at this HEB, the employee checking us out tried to ring our $20 roast up for $100, and managed to forget two of our items from bagging. We drove back after we got home and realized the items were missing, and lo and behold one of the items I purchased at the sushi counter couldn’t be replaced because they ran out of the specific roll but had fully stocked every other item, and the employee manning the counter by himself was completely unhelpful and spoke zero English. The store is bumper to bumper, with aisles constantly being rearranged. The number of curbside employees shopping inside is mind boggling, it’s impossible to navigate the store because there’s five employees in each aisle on top of the over crowding from the customers. This is a miserable shopping experience. There’s also only three checkout lanes open at any given time with baggers nowhere to be found. 0/10

  I’m so disappointed with H-E-B fuel prices. I just drove across town to get fuel and passed several stations where Diesel was $5.63. When I got to H-E-B, I found it priced at $5.89 At a time where big Oil is gouging, the consumer, H-E-B needs to be better. Needless to say, I got my fuel at Walmart
