  Friendly and kind staff, it’s kinda hot in the restaurant and they are using basically a window unit for A/C and my ice cream has been handed to me twice in a row now on two separate occasions melted. I thought they were supposed to dip the blizzard upside down but they did not do it this time. I hope they fix the issue

  The restaurant was very hot. Air conditioner didn't seem to be working. Ice cream was very soft

  This is literally the worse Dairy Queen location. I’ve never met more incompetent staff who cannot keep track of the orders every single time I come here. Giant groups of people with massive orders always get helped before my single ice cream order. The drive thru is always prioritized so you’ll wait 30-45 minutes to get two blizzards every single time. Next time I’m driving to the new braunfels location.

  So disappointed! Went to DQ expecting to get a hot juicy fresh burger and fries and what we got was a day old lukewarm burger and soggy cold fries. Bun was also pretty much freezing cold. $25 for a bad after taste and even the soda sucked. Won’t be back for a burger and from what I’m reading about the ice cream probably won’t be back for that either
