  Location is attached to a busy gas station so it’s easy to get to. This location doesn’t serve bone in fried chicken. We ordered 2 meals: 5 piece chicken tenders with fries add a side mac n cheese and another 5 piece tenders with mac and cheese. The food came out quick but everything was ice cold, missing items, and some incorrect food. I can’t eat cold fries that’s the worst. Everything else I wouldn’t mind but cold fries is criminal. I can’t speak up for myself so I just wasted money on that. Good thing I ordered an extra side of mac n cheese, right? Why was there only 2 spoon fulls in the container not even half way full. It cost $5 for an extra side why be so skimpy? And it’s more like boxed kraft macaroni too, mushy noodles and little to no cheese flavor. Instead of the mac n cheese for my husband’s order they gave him fries. When he tried to ask for a correction she demanded to see the receipt and when she saw that she was wrong there was no apology she was asked for the fries back before she would hand him the missing item as if we would be lying or like she can serve the old fries to someone else. Then they don’t put any forks or the sauce in the bag. So I had to go back up the register 4 additional times after getting our order which she didn’t seem pleased at all each time. The tenders come with 2 sauces I’m not asking for extra sauce that you want to charge me extra money for I’m asking you for the sauces you forgot to put in the bag. Normally we love bojangles but this specific location overall was not a good customer experience.

  Breakfast was served hot and freshly made in a timely manner, and my order was accurate. Was greeted when I walked up to order. Keep up the great work!

  They had run out of some other food because they were short-staffed but made it up by offering something else to replace it. I love Bojangles grew up on it.

  It's been a couple of times I get tenders and a the batter is a bit soggy, not the biggest deal just saying. Wait time wasn't bad for me, I was considerate it was rush hour. But yes the coating being undercooked on the tenders is not fire lol

  We came here off the road to grab a quick dinner. Although it was busy, we were highly impressed about the drive through employees serving us. He always kept us updated on our order. And made sure he was polite, and honest. Keep it up Israel. You’re doing great. 😇
