  Stopped there on Wed. last and ordered the new cheese steak sandwich. Looked great and I could not wait to try it. While talking to Hudson, who took my order, I asked what kind of cheese was on the sandwich, he told me white American. Yikes, hey Arby's, a cheese steak sandwich REQUIRES provolone cheese, American cheese is for bologna sandwiches. Anyway, I asked Hudson if I could cancel the sandwich, which I knew I would not like. He did not blink an eye and got the charge refunded. I had the classic RB instead. He was nice, friendly and very polite, something not found very often at the fast food. Well done Hudson. Thanks for the great customer service.

  Well, this is the 1st time I've been here. I had to to do my 34 hr reset here, which is why I'm writing a review. Honestly, I'm not one for buying fast food, especially if it's at a truck stop, but I didn't have much of a choice! After all that being said, Mary, who worked in Arby's was very friendly and attentive on bothe days that I was there. Surprisingly, she recognized me a day later when I showed up in Arby's! She immediately took care of me amd the order I requested! It's people that that, that work for companies that companies themselves don't recognize as a person, but rather just a body to fill a required space. But its US, the people, the customers that need assistance or request an order of food or fuel or whatever is needed at that moment...it's those people who stand out, who do more than what's required, who say more because it's part of their character...those types of people who make tour business flourish amd profit, when all they're doing is just being themselves! So, I thank you, Mary, for being one of those people that I WON'T FORGET!!!

  Honestly, both the sandwich and the fries seemed old. The fries were very hard, and the sandwich was cold. This is the last time I eat at Arby’s.
