  Terrible customer service. Started making the online order 20 minutes after it was made. Y’all wouldn’t last a day in the city!!!! Do better!!!

  The workers basically scoffed at a customer who waited 10-20 minutes just to be served.

  Another staff was diesel side is good but sonic staff very slow lazy no hello no smile on face and take too long to prepared the order

  Arrived on a Saturday evening. They appeared to be open. Should be open for business and no one there. Turn off your signs and post a closed sign on the front counter. I stood there like an idiot for about 5 minutes only to have TA express folks tell me it was closed. Management, do you know about this sort of thing? It appears to be common based on some of the reviews. Good luck staying in business with stuff like this happening.
