  This place is typically not that bad, but today was absolutely unacceptable. From the moment we walked, in the lady at the register "Serenity" was sitting down. We were waiting to be helped, when she finally got up to help us, she rolled her eyes at my husband when he asked a question. Our food was left out (and cold!). Plus, I had to go pick up our order. The fries were stale and had debris on them. I then had to ask for napkins and sauce to which the same "Serenity" rudely made a face as she handed me the items. Several people came inside from the drive-in line to complain about the fries, and she treated everyone with the same nasty attitude. I'm not one to complain, but that's ridiculous. If you don't like your job quit, don't take it out on customers!

  coke was flat, fries were soggy, then i open my burger and the whole patty is missing..how in the world do you forget to put a patty in a burger, first time for everything i guess.

  I’m picky about my food all around. I’m very picky about my fries, I do NOT like mushy fries at all!! I will return them till cooked crispy or I’ll demand a refund. On 8/23/2026 @ 10:25pm we stopped here. I told the employees how I wanted them (as I always do). Employee Angel, brought our food out and asked how he did. He did exactly what I requested without me having to return them. Not only did he make sure they were perfectly cooked, he asked if they were correct, not just dropping food and walking away. Angel was super polite and funny. Over all everyone was polite and on their job! Place was clean and appeared kept up. Only reason for the 4 star on food was the tomatoes were not a good quality. I wish every fast food place would listen to my order and fulfill it as asked.

  First of all, I am a fan of Whataburger and have been dining at them for a while now. Some locations are good one day and take forever the next. Almost a typical experience at Whataburger. However, this diamond in the rough is by far the best Whataburger I have ever been to! The service is always top notch but not over the top like chic fil a. The food is always hot and fresh. My bun is still formed in the wrapper. The facilty is always pretty clean aside from a few tables here and there. All in all, when I am in the area, this is my stop. I know I will have consistent service and great food. Bravo to the managers and the staff!!! Keep it up! God Bless!!

  I’ll never be back to this unprofessional whataburger waited 25min on one cold pancake and sausage idk if they were just playing with me or what but that is something you should tell a customer wanting FAST FOOD that it will take 25min !!!! Like I will never be back then they have a nasty attitude with me like I did something to them I hear one lady say “just ignore her” ignore your customers??? Who are trying to retrieve their food ??? Instead of saying I’m sorry about the wait it’s coming right out !!!’like please can we get some people with common sense common courtesy and who actually want to do their job! 2 young girls (black and white morning shift) (10am) just sad and disgusting and whoever said “just ignore her” like do better please .
