  Horrible service. Staff was rude and seemed like they didn't want to be bothered. Will take the extra time to drive to Forney next time.

  I was waiting for my pizza and it is pass your closing time by 4 min. And other people were here. These other people threaten to beat up your team members.. Your team members said I am sorry but we are close and are only wait for people to pickup order. The woman threaten to beat up your team members. First of all I think she stood her ground well, second why do you not have a cut off time so you as a company do not put you team members in this kind of situation. Sham on you Pizza Hut to allow this kind of thing to happen to your team members. What are you going to do if they come back and hurt your team members.

  Absurdly slow. Staff just ignores people waiting at the counter. I was there to pick up literally just 4 ranch cups. After waiting forever, I was told my order was “still being worked on”, which was an obvious lie since…you know…it was 4 prepackaged ranch cups, and then I was given the stink eye when I pointed out what the order was. The employee then rudely tossed the cups toward me and I had to ask for a bag, whereupon he just tossed a bag on the counter. Staff has a major attitude problem and I will be recommending that everyone avoid this terrible store.

  No wonder their reviews are so mid. Cancelled my order after 30 minutes, wasting my time.
