  I had placed an order September 19 and it's October 8th I am still waiting for my refund, then the general manager(Daniel) with his rude self, did not have an idea or did not want to refund me my money when I talked to him then I asked for corporate number and he refuse to and assured me that I still had to talk to me but he did not resolve my issue so I was like what's the point of me contacting you again if you don't know what's going on so un professional, but he got my info name, address and card info but yet I have not received my money back, when I talk to someone in customer service they just get all my info say to wait 3 business days and when I call again for an update because they tell you someone will reach out NOT TRUE so I called and called and also the. Same just go ahead and give me the info and I'll out in notes for the refund but nothing, what kind of business and employees are these...I just want my money back my order never got to me but yet they took my money

  This is supposed to be an extra cheese pizza. when I called and spoke with the “manager” Daniel, not only did he argue me down stating he made my order so it was right, after informing him there was not extra cheese he was condescending and his overall attitude was nasty. I have reported this incident to corporate and I hope they find a new manager because Daniel isn’t going to cut it.

  Horrible service. Staff was rude and seemed like they didn't want to be bothered. Will take the extra time to drive to Forney next time.

  I was waiting for my pizza and it is pass your closing time by 4 min. And other people were here. These other people threaten to beat up your team members.. Your team members said I am sorry but we are close and are only wait for people to pickup order. The woman threaten to beat up your team members. First of all I think she stood her ground well, second why do you not have a cut off time so you as a company do not put you team members in this kind of situation. Sham on you Pizza Hut to allow this kind of thing to happen to your team members. What are you going to do if they come back and hurt your team members.
