  Had a long hair in my crunchy taco Very disgusting place it needs to close down Tried calling and of course they hang up as soon as they answer They have very nasty people working there

  I’ve written a review before like a year talking about how they always get my orders wrong and guess what!! They still do. I work at a business right next to the taco bell so i’m always getting food from here for my employees and for myself. It’s ridiculous how many times i have had to complain to my friends about something being wrong or missing from my order. I got Taco bell today and ordered taco bell for all my employees on Saturdays too, and both times i ordered a Chicken Cantina Rolled Quesadilla, and BOTH times they gave me a regular chicken quesadilla (both unrolled) they also didn’t give me the chips that i ordered but gave me the nacho cheese?? I’m genuinely confused as to why something hasn’t been done after having this many negative reviews at this location. I talked to someone today when i went and asked if the ROLLED Cantina Chicken quesadillas were no longer a thing because they were still on the menu?! He proceeded to tell me that no they do have the rolled ones and that the employees probably just got confused. I’m confused on how they CAN GET CONFUSED everyday for over a year on basic foods. Do your staff not know the menu? Are they blind to where they can’t read the orders/menu? It’s extremely annoying how much money i have spent on this location when y’all don’t deserve any of it. Nothing is being done to fix the stupidity within the staff. DO NOT order from here if you want your food made correctly and how you ordered it to be made. Because these people are too incompetent to understand and DO THEIR JOBS. At some point this location either needs to close down or fire everyone and hire new people with ACTUAL TRAINING!

  I've never waited so long at a Taco Bell drive-thru it's not even lunch time and they're not even busy makes no sense

  Ordered and Paid for 4 Crunchy Taco Supremes which are supposed to have SOUR CREAM on them. Got all the way home, took a bite, not one of them had sour cream on them. Every one of the taco shells were broken. The lettuce tasted questionable. You ruined my dining experience. You Suck. I won't eat there again & I'm a local. Update: Now I have a severe stomach ache so that place gave me food poisoning too. Damn, Do Not Eat There.
