- HHHeidi Hess5 days ago2.0I went through drive through today, ordered a hot and spicy with cheese and bacon added onto it. Had to wait forever. They were about to have me pull forward when all of a sudden a lady came practically running saying she had it. Well, that would've been nice for as long as I had to wait, but when I got back to work to eat it, I bit into it just to find NO cheese, and NO bacon. I paid for the cheese and bacon, and as long as they took to get it to me, you'd think they could make sure they were doing it right, especially since I was even asked that I had a hot and spicey with cheese and bacon.

I did have to wait 20 minutes for cookies, they forgot about me and I had to back up to the previous window in the drive thru to remind them; however, I asked if they can give me an additional bakers dozen on top of the bakers dozen that I ordered for my time and they obliged. Great staff, thank you Christian and thank you Amber. I understand they have a lot going on during dinner hour but we can’t be missing orders. My wife is pregnant and about to give birth I have to be near her and every second is precious. Despite the inconvenience, I do recommend this McDonald’s, they treat the people correctly.
