This McDonalds is a joke and needs to hire all new people from managers to staff. The way they talk to customers is disrespectful and disgusting.
- EDElijah DumasMar 17, 20262.0I'm deciding to give this McDonald's the benefit of the doubt since sometimes when I come inside of this McDonald's they seem to get more order correct but this time I must have forgotten to ask for no lettuce on my double quarter powder with cheese and when I got it I went up to the front desk once I sat down and noticed that I forgot to ask for no lettuce. When I did that One woman who had a very thick Mexican accent who probably didn't even hear a word that I was saying said that she'll take it back and then the manager who also has a very thick Mexican accent calls me up and says I don't understand what the problem is which I explained to her that I must have forgotten to ask for no lettuce (it's really not that hard to understand what I'm saying) The first woman ended up taking at least five or so minutes of my time and the second person took up another 5 minutes of my time, which is pretty unnecessary considering the fact that I'm giving this place business. But this time around I'm probably going to give this place the benefit of the doubt since sometimes when I come here my order is correct but this incident was sort of my fault and the restaurant's fault
