Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Please if you value your time at all, do not come to this restaurant😤😤😤😤😤😤😤 I was in line for over 30 minutes. With 2 cars in front of me….. I waited at the window for over 10 minutes without anybody coming to check on me and then finally I was told to pull around to the front to wait. I think this is by far the slowest fast food restaurant EVER. It’s actually impressive how slow they are.

To be told they had no sodas, food was given to me cold and the workers walking around not knowing where any orders were. Absolutely horrible. Do not ever come here.

I ordered a junior burger, double meat which was so delicious quick and fresh from the time I ordered. Mind you the line was outside the door. I got my food within eight minutes and everything was made properly. It’s always nice to come back home to know you’ll get quality food and great service. It’s even more rewarding to know that Jessica is part of the management team there too. She’s a natural leader and oozes joy and respect.
