Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- MVMatthew Vance4 days ago2.0I dont know what changed here but me and my family will never buy from here after it turns dark. The night crew is the slowest ive ever seen. As someone who has experience in fast food and wait times. Waiting iver 45 minutes at 140am for an order of chicken tenders meal and , a brownie is stupid. Seems like this whataburer is only decent in the day time. Update i recieved my food at 240 am a freaking hour and they didnt even keep my food under a hot lamp. So when I got home my chicken was barely warm.

Im about to become the old man that opens the whole order right there on the counter just to make sure everything is correct. Do better, its just a burger place, its not hard.

But all three times, eating inside, the food took 30 minutes to come out and it was room temperature when it came out. Haven’t eaten a single hot meat here and haven’t waited less than 30 minutes for it. Messed up the order 2 of the 3 times I came. Whataburger is great and easy food, it sucks that the closest one has terrible timing and you can’t get a warm meal at it.
