  We love Whataburger, but this location was disappointing. We actually drove a longer distance to come to Whataburger instead of Wendy's just to end up waiting a while for our meals. Once they came, it wasn't even correct. We ordered 2 number 2's which is a double meat Whataburger and no mustard. They only gave us single patties and mustard. We had to go back and let them know. They did fix it but it took longer. They also forgot an order of fries.

  Worst Whataburger experience we've ever had. Waited 20 minutes for food. Room temperature food. 1 burger had no patty. They remake it quickly and French fries tasted nasty and butter from old burnt oil. Bathrooms were filthy. Only thing keeping this in business is the highway and the great reputation of every other Whataburger. This store should be de-identified as a Whataburger. It was that bad!

  Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru, when i went inside to ask for my order I was ignored by the staff even the manager walked by a few times before I had to raise my voice to get someone’s attention. The manager came to me and he was super rude. I asked to speak the the store manager and when she came out she had an attitude towards me and told me just go sit in my car. I waited another 15 minutes before I went and asked for a refund. The lady in the front counter was rude and told me just to wait. This was the worst experience I have ever had at whataburger. Do not go to this location!!!!

  I went to whataburger on saturday about noonish through drive thru and placed my order I had 2 meals paid almost 20$ and I overheard a manager tell the young lady at the window pull her forward so the young lady pulled me forward and said the food was still being worked on and she told me if I can please go to space number 2 and someone will bring my meals out to me, almost 35 minutes later I walk into the lobby and asked if my food was still being worked on and another employee said oh I'm sorry we forgot so I asked to speak to the main manager and when the main manager came out from the back she had a nasty attitude before she approached me she had raised her voice at me for no reason at all I didn't understand a word she said because she had an accent and she literally told me to get out of the store because I was asking for my food and why it had taken so long to make 2 burgers she never apoplized she just had an attitude I felt so humiliated by this manager, that it was uncalled for I should have recorded the situation but I had left my phone in the car never expecting this to happen to me, the manager is a black lady with an accent I don't know how she can be in the position she is in and humiliates the customers and when she nearly threw the bag of food at me I asked her for napkins and she said there were none and proceeded to tell me goodbye. I asked for her name and she didn't want to give it to me. I will never again come to this whataburger.

  I had the worst experience at this whataburger I place my food order at 2:07pm, and I was so upset because I had to be back at work at 2:45 pm I got my food at 2:37pm and when I asked about my food it had been sitting in the front this whole time in the bag but no one bothered to check up on it and get the food out to me in a timely manner I got my food cold soggy fries no napkins and no ketchup, I wanted my money back and that was a problem as well they didn't want to give me my money back they kept forcing to remake my order I didn't have time for that anymore and I told them forget it I'm late enough as it is. I have been to this whataburger before and it seems like they run out of thing very often sometimes they don't have straws or they are completely out of spicy ketchup and they are always out of Dr pepper and Root beer, ohhh and today no napkins at all because they ran out. Next time I'll just do the extra drive to another location. It is sad to say that this store was never like that I'm from schulenburg and I will post this on my Facebook page so people can stop going there it is horrible it needs to do better. I 💯 percent will never recommend this whataburger again. This whataburger is hiring people that don't know what they are doing or they don't get trained on what to do. What is the point of taking a customers name for the order if we don't get our meals on time they just sit there in the front I had seen the bag sitting there and when I went to go ask an employee said ohh here it goes grabbed the bag and gave it to me, again food cold and soggy fries I never expected my food to be cold. It was never like that, I remember a couple weeks ago I would get hot food on time and still make it back to work from lunch full and satisfied.
