Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I told manager on duty last week that 3 of the past 5 meals were incorrect she apologized but the next two were incorrect as well. Don’t even bother asking for a milkshake. They are on par with McDonald’s as far as the machine not working. Will not be getting business from me anymore at this location.

I also regularly ask for a few lemon juice packets. Today, 8/22 between approximately 11:30 AM and 12:15 PM, I asked the drive-thru employee for ketchup for my fries and a few lemon packets. The employee was professional, but while waiting, I could see the manager making a big issue over the lemon packets and being passive-aggressive toward the employee because they had to get them from the back. The manager ultimately came to the window, gave me two lemon packets, and said, “That’s all we can give you.” If there is now a limit on condiment packets, please update the signs or communicate that to customers. I’m more than willing to pay extra if needed. What I found most disappointing was seeing a manager argue with an employee over a simple customer request. I’ve been a loyal Whataburger customer for years, and I’m not asking for special treatment—just clear communication and respectful customer service. I hope area manager can review what happened during this time and addresses the situation appropriately as it was very unnecessary! And unprofessional
