  I ordered the big meal deal, I did not receive my tots. I also ordered my daughter the chicken strip wacky meal, it was missing a chicken strip, apple sauce and the toy.

  This is the 2nd time I've come to this sonic location for a shake and BOTH TIMES the ice cream smelled disgusting! Like, sour and expired disgusting. I was hoping it was the cup (because I was desperate for a delicious treat) but no, the ice cream was sour. Even under the toppings I added, it was grrrrooossss. Blegh! I advise driving 15 minutes more to the kitty hawk Sonic because they deliver delicious food & treats consistently! While this one consistently disappoints 🤢🤮

  Needs repair. Over half of the spots dont have kiosks to order from. Some of the ones that are there are out of order.

  The food is actually quite good here, but the wait times are incredibly frustrating. I've repeatedly had to watch other cars pull into stalls long after me, place similar-sized orders, and get served and leave well before I even get my food. The kitchen or carhop workflow seems completely out of order. Great food doesn't make up for consistently sluggish and disorganized service.
