  Good food. But wish they didn’t stick a sticker/sticky note on my car. They should upgrade to a system like chic fil a. There they take the vehicle description down. Also whenever we were looking at the menu the cashier kept standing in the way. We had asked her three times to move. But then she got tired of waiting a few seconds after and moved to someone else without letting us know where she was going. Rude. But whatever. Food is great but service could be better.

  So the food was not really what we expected, it was alright the fries were a bit to salty and the burgur needed some type of dipping sauce or something to give it a kick of spice, I did not check but im sure they have other dipping sauce for the food but the burger itself was just a different flavor, I guess it wasn't for us but I can see why people can like this type of restaurant. We also got the chocolate cake shake and it was really good, the workers were so nice with us and really sweet but the person yelling out the order numbers can get a bit annoying after a while, but they were still very sweet and you can tell they enjoy their job.

  We went on a Sunday at about 1:15pm. It was very busy. There were no available chairs in the dining room. You had to hunt for people leaving open tables, but we did find a place to sit. The line was long but moved quickly. The person taking our order was helpful but didn't seem especially interested in being friendly. The beef sandwich was quite good. I got it with sweet peppers which is an upcharge. I don't recommend getting them. They have me 2 sweet peppers and I could barely taste them. Fries were fine. We got a comeback sauce with them for a small charge. It was good but it should be free. The chocolate cake shake was good, but not as good as the hype. Just a regular chocolate cake blended into some ice cream. It doesn't come with a cake slice on top like it shows in the picture. Not a bad spot. I'll likely be back to try the hot dog.

  We were really excited to visit Portillo’s, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. When we went to order, we were told they were out of buns, even though I could see buns behind the cashier. I was told those were reserved for online orders, so I stepped out of line, placed my order online, and was able to order the combination I wanted. Unfortunately, when I received my combination, it was missing the sausage. My wife’s order was also made incorrectly. We brought both issues to their attention, but the wait to have our food corrected took a very long time. We were really looking forward to eating here, so it was disappointing to have so many issues with what should have been a fairly simple order. Hopefully this was just an off day because we expected a much better experience. UPDATE. We revisited and encountered another very long wait. Over 22 minutes before I asked the status on our order. The manager Joey went out of his way to make things right and keep us satisfied customers. Really appreciated the excellent customer service. Left very happy (and full)!

  Last 2 times, everything was alright. Today the mic was so low, we didnt hear either order get called and the table right next to us was complaining about the same thing. My wife went up to tell them and the manager pretty much scoffed at the claim stating "we've served 70 orders and they all picked up". Good food, better if we heard the call for when the food was ready. Rude customer service when I had to get up multiple times just to see if our order was ready. How about the next time you stuff isnt working nobody tell you a damn thing since you want to be rude as we try to help you avoid bad service. Youre welcome. The girl who took the order was polite. And the cooks did a good job. Manager was rude. Girl calling out the food was rude. Food was not super hot but that was bc it sat there on the counter for who knows how long.
