  Gosh, I am extremely impressed with the caring attitude of Tiffany, from the Seafood Dept. First, I took way too much time deciding what I wanted. However, she never had an attitude. She smiled, remained patient & determined to please. When I finally chose the crab legs & told her to select good ones… She actually selected them as if she was choosing for herself or her family. Normally, young folks could care less & start grabbing without a concern….but not Tiffany! Thank you for taking the time Tiffany…we “Old Folks” truly appreciate your compassionate demeanor. 😊

  It's an HEB PLUS need i say more. Than means grocery plus extra good stuff. Different ones have different things. I've been to one with fresh pizza and beer, one with a coffee place, a bar, a barbecue place each one is unique which is why you gotta love them.

  Showed up about a month ago and took in a bunch of rolled coins to get the cash value. Fast forward to today at they told me no. Customer Service refused to help me at all. Told me that I needed to use their machine out front, which charges a percentage. Who uses the machine for rolled coins? C'mon man!! Ridiculous! I literally had about $4 in change and they wouldn't help me at customer service by putting it in their machine and giving me dollar bills. Terrible "Customer Service".

  I must first say that I think HEB is the best grocery store and pharmacy I have ever been to (I have lived in 17 states). Jen who works on “the front end” of HEB is absolutely fabulous, she has helped me several times and even found special food items that Schertz HEB did not carry but were carried in another HEB in San Antonio. The pharmacy at this location is also “top notch.” Cindy has helped me several times and even called the CIBOLO location to order a prescription that they were out of stock on, in Schertz. Tammy also was very helpful to me yesterday. My doctor sent in a new prescription for me and it was out of stock at the Schertz location. I held while Tammy called other HEB locations and found it in stock in a San Antonio HEB location (which was wonderful, since I was off from work anyway.). Every employee I have come into contact with at all HEB’s has been wonderful. Love love love HEB and their top notch pharmacy, I rate this 100 stars!!

  I would like to report an interaction I had with one of your employees, a woman named SYL, who was handing out samples. As a Black woman, I found her behavior to be completely inappropriate and unprofessional. She did not greet me or engage in any normal customer service conversation. I accepted a sample, tasted it, and commented that it was good. Immediately afterward, she asked me if my hair was real, while wearing what appeared to be a smirk. This question was completely uncalled for and came across as a racial microaggression. It made me feel singled out and very uncomfortable. My hair was irrelevant to our interaction, and I don't believe any customer should be made to feel that way while simply shopping. There were other Black customers in the store, and I sincerely hope she does not continue this behavior with them or anyone else. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I believe your staff should treat all customers with respect and professionalism.
