    Took 20 min to get a refresher drink. They are way more focused on drive thru than the lobby. The tables were sticky and dirty. I only sat at a table because it took so long to receive my drink order, and it was difficult to even get their attention. It would’ve been nice for them to each acknowledge my wait, but that’s okay I vote with my wallet and won’t be back

    Not sure what happened this time, as I usually stop by here on my way to work. Not sure if the person at the register just doesn’t like law enforcement or if they were just having a bad morning, but I won’t be coming back.

    This morning I experienced the most rude and disrespectful service at the drive thru window, at what used to be my local coffee spot. I ordered, I paid, she tossed the change back to me. Wow!. Then shared a laugh with her fellow collegues. Since the entire staff was replaced the new replacements has shown lack of listening, friendly, and most of all basic customer service abilities. Offering Business advise; please provide some sort of Customer Service Training, which adequately demonstrates the proper skill set necessary to gain and/or retain loyal customers for future viability. Past Loyal Customer.
