Absolute disaster. Made an online order, drive to the location, informed them at the intercom of the name of my online order, and they instruct to wait in line with the other two cars. I wait for 25 minutes before they come out and tell me they don’t have any grilled chicken to complete part of my order and offer me other options. What were they doing for the 25 minutes? Now the rest of my order is cold and not fresh. 1/10

Visited the FM78 near FM3009 location and was helped by Jordan and Kaiya. They were both very helpful in taking our orders correctly and made sure we received our orders as soon as possible as they were helping with the large number of orders in the lobby and assisting with the drive thru orders. Great job by both young ladies.

I arrived and ordered Peanut. Buster Parfait with fudge and Carmel (light on both) and a small fry. I was sent around to Kane #2. My order receipt was 8:18PM. I pulled around to lane #2. I waited and watched so many other orders coming out before me (I was 3rd car around). At 8:45 I went inside and asked the young kid at the counter, to please check my order and presented my receipt. He IMMEDIATELY grabbed my Parfait and went to the window and grabbed a bag that I assumed was small fry. I thanked him and left. I pulled out of the spot I was in and got to the stop light, felt the fries and they were COLD. I turned around and went back to the DQ. He seen me walk in and I stated my fries are cold and now I have to wait for hot fries and my Parfait is melting. The young gentleman at the counter stated,”Sorry ma’am” and then stated to the cook “David we need fresh fries”. Which David asked why. The young kid at the counter stated that she had to wait so long for her ice cream her fries got cold. I then stated that my ice cream was kind of melting too when I picked it up. I observed him pass the bag to the counter where cooked food is being sent out, David grabbed the bag and I know I seen my fries go in that basket. It takes fries longer than 30 seconds to cook. There was no way the bag I brought back I side the venue should have went back to the kitchen! Dairy Queen on 78, please do better! We rarely order food when we go but we are always waiting for ice cream. When I arrived home (about 5-7 minutes), those fries were just as cold as they were the first time they were given to me and my Parfait was milk! No Carmel. It was just a disappointment.

First time I've ever heard someone complain that we were ordering more food. (That's literally where your check comes from at a restaurant) All we got was two steak finger baskets and two blizzards. Didn't even realize that was too much for someone to do. The guy taking the order was fine it was the young man to the left/behind him whining about it. Also the speaker is barely audible with traffic driving on the road which makes ordering difficult for no reason. Get better speakers.

Foods ok when they figure out what car goes where. 4 lanes not one worker knows what is happening. They wonder aimlessly between cars asking if we have gotten our food. If I had gotten it I would more then likely be out.
