I've visited this location three times, and unfortunately, each experience has been disappointing. On my most recent visit, I happened to be behind an employee who was going on lunch break. I watched as another employee prepared his bowl (see picture), and I was honestly shocked by the difference in portion size and presentation compared to what regular customers receive.
Thankfully, the manager stepped in to remake my bowl. I told him, “I hope you’re going to fix my bowl like she fixed her coworker’s.” He looked uncomfortable and responded, “I’m the manager, and I’m going to talk to her.” Unfortunately, even after making it, my bowl still did not come close to the portion size or quality of the employee’s bowl I had just watched being prepared.
It’s disappointing because the community was genuinely excited to finally have a Chipotle in this area, but many reviews mention the same issues: poor service, inconsistent food quality, and extremely small portions. Customers simply want fair portions and a positive experience that matches the brand’s reputation.
Visit was on 4/26 @ 7:40pm
This was my 3rd visit to this Chipotle Mexican Grill — and definitely my last. Every visit has been disappointing in one way or another. The staff is unfriendly, the food is poorly or overly seasoned, and somehow they’re constantly out of ingredients even when the restaurant isn’t busy.
This visit really sealed it for me. I was told they didn’t have any fajita peppers ready, and the employee yelled to the back for someone to make more. I was willing to wait for fresh peppers, but instead she started scraping together the last few dried-up, shriveled pieces sitting on the line like they’d been there for hours. When I saw😳 her about to put those sad little vegetable fossils💀 in my burrito🌯, I immediately said, “No thank you.”
Then I looked over at my spouse’s burrito and saw the same issue — dry meat, dried-out veggies, everything looked old and unappetizing. At that point, it honestly felt safer to throw the food away and eat somewhere else. 💥Three strikes. Done‼️

A new place in town. Not real fancy, just very good.

My favorite chipotle in the area. The food always tastes great and the workers are always kind.

I placed a mobile order for my son at this Chipotle location because my usual store wasn’t accepting mobile orders. As a mom with a baby, it’s really important for me to be able to use mobile pickup instead of getting out of the car.
When I arrived, the employee working the pickup window was not friendly. When I asked for a lemonade, she seemed annoyed and huffed before walking away. When she returned, she said, “I hate getting the other store’s orders.” That comment felt unprofessional and unnecessary.
I understand that things can get busy, but customers shouldn’t feel like a burden for simply placing an order. I hope management addresses this, as it definitely impacted my experience.
