  Passed by and decided to eat here, met a girl at the register named Aracely and for eating at this place for the first time, was able to order comfortably without feeling nervous of rushing my order. I will for sure be going to this CAVA location more and be recommending it to other people.

  Aracely is the best worker I have ever met she didn’t make me feel rushed at all and even helped me with suggestions of what to get since it was my first time ordering from here and didn’t know what to get. She was so kind and helpful I will definitely be coming back sometime next week

  I ordered online for the first time but I picked up. I ordered for myself a bowl with half steak half chicken. YOU GUYS GAVE ME ONE SMALL END PIECE OF STEAK JUST ONE AND SALMON!! I even double checked my order to see if it was a fault on my end and no it was not my bowl recipe literally said HALF STEAK HALF CHICKEN

  We had a great experience! Even though we came in a little late, the night crew was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They never made us feel rushed and were happy to serve us with a positive attitude. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant experience. It's refreshing to see a team that treats customers so well, regardless of the time. Thank you to the night crew for the outstanding service—we will definitely be back!

  I had a fantastic experience at CAVA! The food was fresh, delicious, and prepared perfectly, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Anna, Ash, and Arah went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and that I had a great experience. They were friendly, welcoming, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about providing excellent service. It’s not often you come across a team that makes customers feel so valued. The combination of great food and outstanding service is what keeps people coming back, and these three employees are a huge reason why. Thank you, Anna, Ash, and Arah, for making my visit such a positive one. I highly recommend this CAVA location!
