My absolute favorite is the lavender blend tea they make in house. Very refreshing and surprisingly not overpowering with lavender as that's easily done.

The food is consistently very fresh and full of flavor. Every person I came into contact with was extremely helpful. Jordan and Parker were patient as I decided what to put in my bowl. They were very good at describing the different toppings, dips proteins, etc. it felt a bit overwhelming (in a good way as there are so many yummy options), but they were able to efficiently guide us through. I forgot to ask our cashiers name, but she was very helpful in giving me information about how to sign up for rewards, how to put in receipt info to gain points and information on how to leave a review here. I think it is worth mentioning that great customer service makes the atmosphere somewhere I would like to come back to you again and again. The dining room and line were very clean and I enjoyed their handcrafted drinks.

I was very close to leaving a one-star review, but Brooke completely changed my experience.
From the moment she stepped in, she was genuinely kind, patient, and eager to help. Her professionalism and positive attitude turned what was becoming a very disappointing visit into one where I left feeling appreciated as a customer. Employees like Brooke are a tremendous asset to your brand.
Unfortunately, my initial interaction with another team member was the exact opposite. She appeared to be having a very bad day or simply did not enjoy her job. She had a noticeably poor attitude, was carelessly tossing food and utensils around, and made the ordering experience uncomfortable enough that I asked for someone else to assist me.
I hope management recognizes Brooke for the outstanding customer service she provided, while also taking the opportunity to coach the rest of the team. Consistency matters, and every customer should receive the same level of professionalism and hospitality that Brooke demonstrated. Please ensure your service standards are being followed by everyone on staff.

We were really hoping that our first experience at CAVA would be a good one. Sad to say that we got absolutely scuffed on our food. We drove over 20 minutes one way to pick up some at the drive thru just to find out that my wife's bowl wasn't even half full nor did we get any eating utensils.
Highly disappointed and even more concerned if the new one in New Braunfels will be serving portions this size as well.
Let’s hope that they do better if we go inside to give them a redemption shot.
I never leave negative reviews, but I was genuinely shocked by my experience at CAVA today.
I ordered a bowl and asked for the romaine lettuce. The lettuce being served was visibly pink and wilted, so I assumed the employee would notice and replace it with fresh lettuce before adding it to my bowl. Instead, she went ahead and served it. When I commented that it didn’t look right, her response was dismissive—she simply said, “It came straight from the bag,” as if that somehow made it acceptable.
I told her I didn’t want the lettuce and would choose a different base instead. She initially tried to pick the bad lettuce out of the bowl rather than making a new one, until a coworker stepped in and said, “Just make her a new bowl.”
What was even more concerning was that the container of obviously spoiled romaine remained on the line for other customers. No one removed or replaced it. As I continued down the line, another customer in line even leaned over to me and said, “Yeah, I would’ve passed on that lettuce too.”
The issue wasn’t just the bad lettuce—it was the complete lack of concern for food quality and customer service. I expect much better from CAVA, and I hope management addresses both the quality standards and how customers are treated.
