Absolutely horrific customer service! They gave us the wrong order and refused to give us the food we paid for. The “general manager” Jeff is rude, and argumentative. I highly suggest going somewhere else unless you want to be met with unprofessionalism, terrible customer service, cold burgers that aren’t even yours, and employees that could care less!!

Roll on past this Dairy Queen.
Do not stop.
Jeff-GM of the store (if that’s his real name) made a mistake on food and refused to correct the mistake. His refusal then resulted in two customers getting the wrong items.
We truly gave him an easy fix, but he continued to argue with both parties.
Customer service training would serve this establishment well. Now both parties have the wrong food and no refund so Google reviews are the result.
Remake the two burgers.
Have happy customers.
Refuse to remake the burgers… get 1 star Google Reviews.

With the exception of the cashier, the staff was very short with a hint of grumpy. No smiles no not one. The man barked an order to the nice cashier "go get a bag of ice-cream ". He was not nice to her. He barked at me too. I asked him where the cherry on top was. He said in his grumpy voice "we don't have any cherries ". He could have said it in a kinder way.
