  Mornings should be fast paced. Morning shift is when you get your people/customers racing to work and are needing that “fasted drive through” option. When I am sitting outside I don’t expect to see the young ones taking their sweet time, giggling and fixing their hair. All while I see my order sitting on the tray. And I must add we were the only ones there. Not much of a complaint but a good way to use this to get better. Let’s try to be faster and give customer care, and most importantly keep the attention and pace up. Thank you.

  I went here with the wife for a drink, ended up getting Mozz Sticks and Cheddar peppers. Only ended up getting 1 ranch and 1 marinara sauce even though I asked for more because 1 is not enough to dip every mozzarella or cheddar pepper in. I tipped well and asked for extra and still only got 1 of each. The wife was very disappointed. I used to work here 14 years ago so unless management was replaced with somebody that can't order enough sauce packets (at least 2 per regular order of Mozz sticks or cheddar peppers not 1) to go with the amount of frozen peppers and cheese sticks they buy (in bulk), they are in no danger of running out of condiments. If I gotta pay $15 (and tip the carhop $5 and some change) for 1 order of mozzarella sticks, 1 order of cheddar peppers, and a large Dr Pepper you better not be stingy with the sauce!

  Terrible service, food is wrong 99% of the time. The only reason they get 1 ⭐️ is because their ice cream machine is never broken. That’s really the only reason will return.

  Ask for no cheese.. says no cheese on receipt. But cheese on the burger. Guess the person in the kitchen can't read.

  The rewards system is stupid. Having to spend money to claim a reward id rather use my McDonald’s rewards. Not worth it and they are just greedy not about they’re customers or community
