  Ordered today online went to pick up order and they had a handwritten sign saying they closed early at 9pm manager at door was rude and gave no explanation except “we can close early if we want to” now I’m out $30. Drive thru never has your order ready when you get up to window they make everyone pull up or pull to curbside and wait 5 minutes or more . Every time there is a shortage on my order they argue with you and insist it was right as if I’m being accused of stealing. I advise nobody pull forward and wait for your food unless you had a special order request that way their drive thru score will reflect there slow drive thru, if you pull forward corporate thinks you got your order and grades them as such that’s why they make everyone pull forward even if you order a simple meal.

  Always want you to pull up to the corner of the building or park so they can take 3 times as long to get you food. Never a long wait if you just say no

  SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! The female manager is RUDE! They forget items and then give attitude about it! They don't admit they messed up! They didn't apologize or offer constipation for me having to drive 15 minutes back up there! My food was cold by the time I returned with the missing chicken nugget for my elderly grandpa! I will be calling the complaint line! I've worked in the food service industry when I was younger, and would never have treated a customer this way because of a mistake I made. Own your mistakes! Take accountability! I would not be so mad if the manager wasn't so rude from the get go!

  McDonald’s has gone downhill over the years, the sizes and quality of their products Where was the first to go? One thing I enjoyed or was their app and the rewards and deals now that has gone to the crapper as well. If you noticed, they don’t really have any deals anymore within the two dollar fry or a discount on delivering and now they found a way to screw you out of your points as well. This is the third time I’ve had an issue with my points. I updated the app and lost nearly 6000 points. I emailed their customer care unit. I may responded with two emails that had nothing at all to do with what I was even complaining about the last email concerning about missing points. I was referencing in order that I was charged wrong for. I’m not sure if they’re just not reading the emails or if they mix me up with someone else, but this is not the first time that I have been emailed back with something that did not pertain to anything I was asking for help with there are a lot of other restaurants and with our town growing a lot more options not to mention if you try to go through drive-through with their extended hours, you’re gonna be sitting there for at least 30 minutes
