- JHJean HoldenJun 11, 20261.0I am very frustrated with the Domino’s in Sanger, Texas. This last time I ordered, they could not find my apartment. I live in building 1 they were at building 11 an hour trying to find building 1 I had called many times to see what the holdup was. I was able to see on the tracker what time the driver pulled into my apartment complex. I even have directions that they can see to help get them to my apartment. Long story short after an hour the girl shows up The pizza is cold by this time. I’m so upset. I don’t want to eat. The reason I’m upset is because I spoke with the manager and asked them to send me a fresh pizza with someone competent enough to get to my apartment. I was thin told that because of the construction in my little town and they were very busy that it was taking longer. Again, I let her know that I knew they had been driving around this apartment complex for an hour trying to deliver my pizza. She got very nasty with me.. I hung up called back spoke with Josh. Very very nice guy. He apologized for everything that had happened and said he would put a $50 credit on my account. He said I should not have been spoken to the way I was. You would think problem solved. No went up on a Friday evening to pick up the pizza so that they would not have to find my apartment and it was an hour and a half wait. I decided not to get pizza that night. I found out that they do not give 50 dollar credits they only give what you’ve got in the past no problem. Called today they have nothing written down for me. Josh isn’t there and they will not give me their district manager’s number. So they said we will not deliver you any pizza. I don’t know if anyone else is having trouble. I’ve seen quite a few complaints. I’m getting to the point to where I’m about ready to give up. I hope Domino’s sees this. I know I’m not the only one that this has happened to.
