  Waited at the drive thru speaker for a good 20mins until I decided to pull up only to see the workers (young) messing around inside. One of which decided to finally take our order and despite repeating it he got it wrong. Save yourself the hassle go somewhere else.

  Skip this location. Over 40 minutes waiting on my food. Stuck in the drive through. No way to pull off and leave. Then once I get to order I am asked to pull to the front. Here I sit, what a joke. 40 minutes waiting later and I go inside to check and they are now restarting my order due to all chicken being stuck together. Asked for a refund and had to fight for that.

  Keep going if you have cash and need change they will say we dont have it! As a traveling nurse i was hungry and let down ! The food industry has gone downhill FAST poor customer service etc!! After reading all the negative reviews the owners need to step up and get the establishment in order OR is it only about the American Dollar?

  I come through San Saba weekly and always like yo stop at a DQ for their cherry limeade. I have gone through the drive thru before and found that it takes FOREVER to get service. So this time, I thought I would just go inside since there were already 3 cars in the drive thru. The dining was empty and I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes. Was never greeted while the only person behind the counter made a banana split. As I stood at the counter, I watched all of the cars that were in line just keep driving and never ordered. I know exactly why. Service sucks. The dining room is filthy and the food is subpar. Whoever owns this place should really take a look at what's going on at this location. They're losing a lot of money.

  The service is terrible! It took FOREVER to get our food, drinks did not come out with the meal, no napkins came and none laid out anywhere for you to grab. Ketchup on the table was out and I ended up walking up to the front to another table and just taking that one. I had to go several times up to the counter for something and stood there longer than I should have to get someone to recognize I was needing something. We will mark this off our list and will not be back.
