  He visitado varias sucursales, y nunca me habían tocado mis boneless y mis alitas escurriendo tanto aceite, compramos para llevar y el empaque llego roto por tanto aceite que escurrió de mi orden, mi auto termino manchado de tanto aceite, terminamos tirándolas a la basura porque eran incomibles por tanto aceite que les escurría, no es la primera vez que las consumimos, pero si fue la peor que nos entregaron en esta sucursal, el personal y la limpieza de la sucursal bien

  So actually I ordered online and when I did that I ordered, Chicken tenders were uncooked, wings spicy but they were acting like they could not mix the sauce, when I tried to take it back they’re management was so unorganized and rude one of the lady’s threw a bag at my face and told me to get out not nicely in a rude way so if anyone tries to buy wings or any sort of food I highly suggest not to and also my corn was missing ordered two baskets of fries one was missing and the other one was cold we were also we had 15 boneless chicken only 8 came in it so WINGSTOP FIX YALLS MANAGEMENT!

  The quality and taste of the food are consistently satisfying, making it a great place to eat. However, the customer service can take away from the overall experience. The cashier workers often come across as rude, impatient, or unfriendly when interacting with customers. While the food is excellent, improving the attitude and professionalism of the cashier staff would create a much more enjoyable dining experience for everyone.

  I’ve given this place multiple chances, and every single visit has been a disappointment. The employees act like they don’t want to work. It regularly takes over an hour just to get a simple order, which is completely unacceptable. If you try to order 30–40 minutes before closing, they’ll either tell you they’re out of food or simply refuse to make your order because they already want to go home. Even when I place an online order, they sometimes cancel it for no reason, wasting my time and forcing me to find somewhere else to eat. Customer service here is consistently poor, and the experience is frustrating every time. I wouldn’t recommend this location unless you’re prepared for long waits, canceled orders, and unreliable service.
