  Slowest possible whataburger. Expect to wait a minimum of 15 minutes on the best day for literally anything. Doesn’t matter How busy they are, you’re going to wait. This is NOT a fast food establishment.

  Made an order online through the app. It let me choose drive-thru as a pickup option on the app. When I get to the drive-thru the employee tells me they can't give me my order through the drive-thru although its an option on the app. I was then stuck in the drive-thru behind multiple cars. I had to wait in the drive-thru line until I could get out. Then I had to go inside to get my food. Very inconvenient.

  Horrible idea, hiding all napkins, considering all of your tables are filthy at 8 AM with no crowd. Affords nobody the ability to wipe some of the mess from your tables themselves. multiple pics taken of the filth here. Bathrooms a horror as well. all way around, everything just plain bad. skip this location for certain and consider other options before Whataburger, OR live with the regrets of a poor decision made.

  My husband got out of work after a 12 hr shift just wanting to get some fast because it was already super late at 3am and this people did my whole order wrong. My husband order a patty mlt that didn’t came with anything g other than meat and sauce, my Cobb salad didn’t came with chicken and my kids cheese burgers dmdidn t came with cheese. Called right away and spoke to some persons called Austin said that the manager is Oscar and we should be able to get our food remake in the morning or whatever time we came. I came at 1pm and this manager a woman was just questioning like if I just got a antes extra food so damn rude

  If I could give a 0 start I would, I had a mess up on my drive thru order, they forgot one of my meals and took another 20 additional mins of me waiting for that, then all the fries tasted so old, and all my sodas drinks were flat and nasty, by the time we got our food it was all cold. I then called back and talked to Preston the manager of the day which was very nice & told me they would remake everything we got. so come next day I go and get my food and the two people that helped me were very RUDE and didn’t even seem apologetic about the situation and she then said I’m not giving you a receipt that’s all we’re doing and I’ll get my food which is ok but her tone with everything she said made it seem like it was my fault for there mess up. I had asked someone for their names and she said she didn’t know which is crazy maybe she just started she was with them and taking food out to cars, but the two RUDE GIRLS R EMMA AND ALEX no sorry or nothing such a terrible experience AGAIN. they definitely need some training because when I went I didn’t think whataburger I thought what a terrible service place. I could even hear the young man by soda machine making comments like why do we have to remake it. sir ask your manager.
