Pedí por favor me dieran un vaso con agua ya que tenía mucha sed, no tomo bebidas azucaradas, se tardaron mucho tiempo tuve que pararme e ir hasta la puerta para que me lo dieran y después de pasado unos 10 min me dijeron que no me la habían dado por qué debía pagar .30 centavos de dólar por un vaso de agua 😡😡😡😡😡, no es tanto el costo es el tiempo y la forma como te lo dicen, no creo que un vaso con agua vaya a generar pérdidas irreparables en su pujante empresa, muchas gracias por nada 👎👎👎👎🙌🏻

There was a small hiccup with my receipt and the amount I was charged. I spoke with the owner, and he made it right. Thank you again!
I am disappointed with the service I received at this Sonic location. During my visit between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM on June 7, 2026, my order was prepared incorrectly. When I attempted to return the food so the mistake could be corrected, an employee rudely grabbed the food from my hands and walked away without offering an apology or explanation.
After waiting for my corrected order, I discovered that my drinks had been forgotten as well. By this point, I was understandably frustrated. When the manager came out to discuss the situation, I explained my concerns and suggested that improvements in management and order accuracy were needed. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, the manager responded by saying, "It's not our problem," and told me that I could leave.
I understand that mistakes can happen, especially during busy periods, but I expect to be treated with respect when issues arise. Unfortunately, the poor customer service and unprofessional behavior from both the employee and manager made this a very negative experience. I hope Sonic reviews this incident and takes appropriate steps to improve customer service at this location.
When our order was brought out the man just put the spoons in my face without saying a single word, after this awkward silence of me grabbing everything he finally asked if I needed anything else when he hadn’t even given us our food.
When I opened the mini cookie dough blast there was some strange shaving of something unidentifiable so I clicked the button and when I told them what was wrong the same man huffed and said one second, then he came out and tried to explain what it maybe could have been like that would mean I would want to eat it? I had to ask him for a new one. Then like 5 or 10 minutes later he finally came back with a new one and didn’t say a single word and put it in my face again.
I also saw him through the windows angrily toss the old mini blast into the trash and then very visibly what I believe to be him talking shit about the predicament.
It was an awful passive aggressive experience and I will not be coming back to this location.

Come here everyday for a coke and strawberries and sometimes a burger and let me tell you… they put love into that food and even the drinks. This location hits every time. The sweetest staff always and they always get the orders out quickly. Thank yall :) makes getting food on the way to work much easier and time saving.
