  I have ordered here many times for delivery because I love jimmy John’s but I have had something wrong with every single delivery I get. They don’t read the tickets or something. Always have something missing or something added to my sandwich

  Embarrassing level of social ineptitude. Abysmal customer service. At least look me in the eyes when you speak to me, c'mon guys.

  placed order at 7:35. around 8:20 left the house to go see if my order was ready since it wasn’t giving me an update on when to pick up. walked in and my sandwiches were just sitting there in no bag just wrapped up in the paper they use and she told me she forgot to press that is was ready. food was cold. I was excited to try jimmy john’s since it was my first time. had a rough day and decided it wasn’t worth arguing with her about it. now i know better not to order through the app.

  First time here and the staff was amazingly freindly! Food was delicious and for 1$ more i got a drink and chips. Great experience all around. Thank y'all!
