  The workers were very kind and friendly, but I was really disappointed with the overall experience and quality at this Jimmy John’s location. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s located on a college campus, but it seems like the quality and availability of products have gone down significantly. From the moment we ordered, we were told they were completely out of bread and could only make wraps. I honestly don’t understand how a sandwich shop can be completely out of bread. We were then told the ice machine wasn’t working, and when we walked over to the fountain drink area, almost every drink option was taped off as unavailable except for two. Again, the employees themselves were kind, so this is not directed toward them. It just seems like this location is seriously lacking basic products and functioning equipment. For a Jimmy John’s on a busy college campus, I expected much better and was really disappointed.
