  This place has horrible services the employees are not trained at all and don't know what they are doing, and the wait time is always 45 minutes or longer whether it's busy in the store or not. I have never met a single employee in this store who has any type of training at all

  They need to stop taking grubhub orders. Cause there employees can't keep up with orders. I love waiting in line and then finding out that my order will be 45 minutes because a bunch of online orders came in in the 5 minutes I've been waiting in line, and then I get charged for the something I didn't order and know don't have time to deal with it because I have to be somewhere now because I've been waiting almost an hour for a sandwich. The sad thing is I can't even blame them cause they're so clearly overwhelmed with the quantity of orders they're getting.

  The workers were very kind and friendly, but I was really disappointed with the overall experience and quality at this Jimmy John’s location. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s located on a college campus, but it seems like the quality and availability of products have gone down significantly. From the moment we ordered, we were told they were completely out of bread and could only make wraps. I honestly don’t understand how a sandwich shop can be completely out of bread. We were then told the ice machine wasn’t working, and when we walked over to the fountain drink area, almost every drink option was taped off as unavailable except for two. Again, the employees themselves were kind, so this is not directed toward them. It just seems like this location is seriously lacking basic products and functioning equipment. For a Jimmy John’s on a busy college campus, I expected much better and was really disappointed.
