- EBEddy B5 days ago1.0I was paying for my food when the system asked me to swipe my card again, didn't work.So i got transferred to another register. This manager had the worst attitude like if it was my fault, he got an error message and he smiled saying you have no funds. So i payed with a $100 bill, and i left. In the car i had a feeling to check my bank and there it was. Same transaction , yes so they charged twice ! I had a tough time parking again . And i walk to the same manager MR CONNOR. I said sir i found a double charge on my account and you made me pay cash so o need a refund to be granted. When he realized his mistake he tried to pull out the " you acting aggressively" , like if we are not aware of that move. So i immediately called the police to have a witness for myself. Connor starting to threaten me that he was calling all the floor managers like if i had to be scared about it. Long story short 2 managers Walk to me with a smile and quickly the issue was figured out and resolved... HEB what type of manager are you having on the floor that treats your paying customers like that specifically on a refund issue. This type of woke attitude being aggressive toward me the paying person. Im happy i called 911 andi will advise anyone to do so if you have a manager accusing you of something you are not doing. CONNOR is NOT management material. If anyone has experience same issue with him pls let HEB know.i know azing people on their team and this attitude is a huge No. I have attached my receipt and my screen shot to prove me as a paying customer. - PCPenelope The CEOAug 14, 20264.0I do recommend however** buying this jam in blueberry. Haven’t tasted the strawberry one yet, but blueberry was out of stock. It has genuine mini blue berries inside still whole. I live next-door so sometimes I’m like I don’t mind paying the extra price just for the convenience, but as soon as I hit the parking lot, I find myself going to Walmart. Every single time. I’m grateful for the HEB being built, but I’m scared it’s just going to be extra big version of this parking lot. I’m honestly considering moving just so I can shop in peace, or pay the premium of shopping at Whole Foods in the area I work in.
