  This HEB sets the standard for customer service, everytime I notice associates that go out of the way to help customers, I was there on Tuesday the 29th of September and it has become my routine to have coffee or tea before I start shopping, Hank was at the coffee bar and he recognized me, greeted me ....Hank is always great. Saul is the other associate at the New Pizza counter who constantly helps customers, a customer that ordered a Pizza and was waiting at a table and as soon as the Pizza was ready , Saul brought it to the customer. THANK-YOU to Hank and Saul.

  For a relatively small H-E-B, this store does an amazing job of carrying just about everything you could need. The staff is friendly, the store is clean, and it’s clear they work hard to keep things running smoothly despite how busy it gets. My only complaint is the parking lot, which can be a challenge because the store is almost always packed. Other than that, it’s a great place to shop.

  Great Little store. I can't wait for the new HEB PLUS to be open on Mccarty lane.

  This store is hard to get into. Numerous cars park right in front of the doors to load groceries or drop people off. This is also causing a dangerous situation with two exits so close together yet only one cross walk. Driving around the cars loading groceries at the doors makes it tricky watching out for people exiting the building. My next complaint is the numerous large carts that the store employees are pushing through the store gathering orders for curbside orders. These carts take up a ton of room and block off large portions of the isles. Wal Mart offers curbside service and they don’t do this. I’ll also point out that Wal Mart doesn’t allow parking in front of the store to load groceries or dropping people off. Please offer egg roles by any other brand than the HEB, I don’t like eating leather.

  I was paying for my food when the system asked me to swipe my card again, didn't work.So i got transferred to another register. This manager had the worst attitude like if it was my fault, he got an error message and he smiled saying you have no funds. So i payed with a $100 bill, and i left. In the car i had a feeling to check my bank and there it was. Same transaction , yes so they charged twice ! I had a tough time parking again . And i walk to the same manager MR CONNOR. I said sir i found a double charge on my account and you made me pay cash so o need a refund to be granted. When he realized his mistake he tried to pull out the " you acting aggressively" , like if we are not aware of that move. So i immediately called the police to have a witness for myself. Connor starting to threaten me that he was calling all the floor managers like if i had to be scared about it. Long story short 2 managers Walk to me with a smile and quickly the issue was figured out and resolved... HEB what type of manager are you having on the floor that treats your paying customers like that specifically on a refund issue. This type of woke attitude being aggressive toward me the paying person. Im happy i called 911 andi will advise anyone to do so if you have a manager accusing you of something you are not doing. CONNOR is NOT management material. If anyone has experience same issue with him pls let HEB know.i know azing people on their team and this attitude is a huge No. I have attached my receipt and my screen shot to prove me as a paying customer.
