  during the lunch rush (12pm - 1pm) they hardly ever get your order correct. it is incredibly disappointing how often this occurs, especially if you’re trying to watch your weight. i can’t count how many times i’ve tried to order a plain, thin bagel and received a giant, cheesy bagel. or how many times i ordered avocado and tomato on my sandwhich just to get plain turkey and lettuce. every time i’ve ordered a fruit cup, i’ve never received it. and on the rare occasion that i get one of their drinks, they give me someone else’s. it’s like they’re rushing to get the order done that they don’t even bother to check that they’re getting it right. i’ve lost way too much money due to incorrect or completely missing items. although the food is great, i can’t say the same for the service. you’re better off at another on-campus restaurant

  I am an active bagel enthusiast. I have never had problems at Einstein Bros. Bagels, as it has been my go-to breakfast establishment. However, today, March 23rd, 2026, that was a different story. Let's just say I got two different sandwiches, ham and Swiss egg, as well as the Texas Brisket egg, and both of these previously delightful buttery goodness of bagels contained mold. I informed a manager, and she just remade it for me and gave me a cookie. She denied the mold and claimed it was burnt, but I do not believe that when you burn something, it turns green and splotchy. I am now sick and experiencing chest pains (pooping up the walls). Thank you, Very angry customer.

  The place is good but I walked a long way to get here today and it was closed at 1230pm even though it said it was open until 5. It’s so easy to update store hours. Very frustrating
