I often rely on mobile ordering for a quick pick-up, but it seems they don’t start making my drinks until I arrive. For example, I ordered my drink for pick-up at 9:45 AM and arrived at 9:49 AM, only to find they hadn’t even begun preparing it—despite there being only one car in the drive-through line. The wait became even more ridiculous when I finally received my drink at 6:56 AM, which is far from the convenience I expect from a pre-order. What’s particularly disheartening is that I’m not alone in this; I noticed several people walking up to the window only to discover their drinks hadn’t been started either. Given that there were only a couple of cars in the drive-through at the time, it’s puzzling what’s causing these delays. I appreciate the staff and the service when it’s quick, but it’s becoming increasingly difficult to justify the mobile ordering system when it doesn’t actually save time. I hope they can improve their process, as I’d love to continue supporting this location!

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
