  10/10 for this place the staff itself were perfect and the coffee and other drinks were perfect always made correctly worth every penny better than Starbucks and stays open till 11 pm

  I had a really disappointing experience at Dutch Bros yesterday night. I arrived at around 7:37 p.m. and did not leave until about 8:06 p.m., meaning I waited nearly 30 minutes in line. I completely understand being understaffed, especially as someone who also works in customer service and has worked shifts alone before. What frustrated me was that when I finally got to the window, my drink had not even been started. I sat there for another several minutes before the worker looked at me and said, “Wait, what did you get again?” and only then began making my chocolate milk. When she handed me my drink, I politely mentioned that I had been in line for 30 minutes. Before I could even finish speaking, she immediately cut me off and said, “Well, there’s only two workers here.” I calmly explained that I understood that completely, but that working with the customer already at the window would probably help move things along more efficiently. While I was speaking, she completely ignored me. I found the interaction very disrespectful and honestly shocking, especially because I would never treat a customer that way at my own job. I understand stressful shifts happen, but basic respect and communication still matter.

  Gotta have my caffeine. Great place to get it when I have to drive between San Antonio and Austin. Quick service, great drinks

  The worker named mia seemed to be upset that she got to work late and had to work the drive through. She was rushing to get orders done...leading her to mess my drink up.Thankfully the workers at the window were so helpful and fixed my drink immediately ! :)

  I absolutely love Dutch Bros coffee, but will NEVER give this one another penny of my money. I order the same coffee every morning at whichever Dutch Bros location I’m at. I watch through the window because I enjoy the process, so when I saw her pour the “extra shot” first, I thought it was weird, but whatever, different people do things different ways. Then when she poured what should have been the full cup the same way leaving the rest of my espresso in the cup on the machine. When I tried to explain it to her, she said, “No I didn’t, I poured the full cup the first time” and shoved the cup out the window to me. Like I wasn’t watching the whole time, like I was a liar trying to get something extra for free when I was only trying to get what I already paid for AND TIPPED FOR I MIGHT ADD!! What the absolute heck. NEVER AGAIN DUTCH BROS!! I’ll drink Starbucks coffee that tastes like garbage before I let someone practically call me a liar and pay them for the privilege to boot again!! DON’T SHOP AT THE SAN MARCOS DUTCH BROS IF YOU WANT WHAT YOU ORDER AND PAY FOR AND DON’T WANT TO BE CALLED A LIAR WHEN YOU ASK FOR IT!!
