  We placed an order throught he dairy queen app for pickup. When we came to get it they had given our order to another group of customers that were sitting down eating it. They had to remake our order so we had to wait. When they finally gave us our order qe got all the way home and they gave us the wrong order. Whoever manages this place needs to come in and retrain everyone because they seriously have no clue what they're doing. Getting a burger and an order of spicy chicken strips shouldn't be rocket science.

  The one that wears too much makeup got my order wrong twice. Ordered a large blizzard and received a small. After I corrected her on that she gave me a large and then got the rest of my order wrong. Very saddening, I will hope it improves.
